This wing stop it very unprofessional. i gave this place the benefit of the doubt so many time and they never fail to disappoint. The issue i’ve first ever had there was dining in and getting my food throw in my face by a caucasian young women. The second issue was i placed an online order and ordered 2 large ranches and did not receive them I noticed this when I had already went in my vehicle so I then got off and ask them politely if I could get my two ranches that I ordered the girl who I had spoken to was very rude, and went to go check my receipt to see if I had ordered two large ranches then sees I did, and proceeds to asked me if they were not in the bag as if I did not already come back from my vehicle and tell them my two ranches were missing. Just now I went to place an order for takeout and I waited 40 minutes for my order thinking they were just slow but then I realize all the employees were just playing around so I then asked how much longer for my order, and they had not even put in my order so I waited at the counter for 10 minutes. Meanwhile I was waiting all the employees were staring at me and giving me the ugliest looks as if I’m the one who forgot to put the order in Wingstop y’all need better employees wingstop this is getting out of hand...

Customers are always right. When ur kids picked up order they came back with 10 wings with no flavor and 10 wings that were garlic. I told them the order was wrong the manager said to bring back for evidence. The manager or person in charge told me that if we got all the wings it was correct, no ma'am. If my suace or seasoning or flavors are wrong the whole order. We ate 10 bbq wings because my 3 teens were hungry. I went up there with no shoes or bra. So I went back up there and took my back. Manager keep saying that the 10 plain was the only problem because we ordered Garlic ones. Hell no. Check the order. So I told her that I want a new fresh order. Why were the cooks especially a girl with black hair and blue or green tips, was all uo in another girl hair and the second time with one glove and the other one no glove digging for lice or who knows. Check the Camera General Manager's. That's so disgusting 🫣. I need some compensation. Never going to that one. Bad service and no detail. Hire a expo or put your shift leaders to check all orders before leaving...
Read moreOrdered online, once order was placed, the online response was that it would be ready in 18 min. I pulled up 25 minutes later, cashier pulled up the order at the register and I paid. She turned around to check if my order was on their waiting rack, it was not. No biggie, I sat down and waited. 5 minutes passed, 10 minutes passed, 20 minutes passed and I got up to ask about order. Evelyn took my name and began hunting for my order, she asked 4 people who either blatantly ignored her or shrugged her off. Undeterred, she went through each individual looking for a assistance until she came to Juan. Juan stopped what he was doing, listened to her situation, walked with her over to me to better understand the matter. Just like that, he was very polite, accommodating and professional. He immediately began personally working on my misplaced order and within 10 min, I was heading our the door. This particular location is always a little lacking with the customer service and attention to detail, so unless in a pinch, we try ordering from other locations. In this instance though, Evelyn and Juan really shined and I hope they are somehow recognized for doing a tremendous job and Wingstop should take great pride in these two individuals. Thanks Juan,...
