I normally like jack in the box but I won’t be going because of customer service (specifically Margarette and Vanessa) Jack will continue loosing clientele with this type of service. I realized I got the wrong drink for my order and I expressed that to Margarette. Instead of a solution I ended up encountering Margarette’s defensiveness for some reason. Right away she tried to tell me what I had ordered when I told her I got the wrong drink and well fair enough because that’s what was understood but the reality is that I ordered a different drink. I tried to explain where I thought the misunderstanding was because she was insistent on me being wrong I guess. I know mistakes happen but I didn’t want to be stuck with something I didn’t even order if I was gonna pay for it which I think is fair. it wasn’t even that deep. But of course Margarette for whatever reason continued trying to argue that I ordered the drink she was trying to give me. (worse case scenario when you get the wrong order) I eventually had to tell her to calm down because I was speaking nicely to her and she continued to lengthen the issue that was not even an issue in the 1st place. It was a mistake and mistakes happen. It was cool. I then asked if she could just give me what I had ordered and she told me to pull up to the front. I went inside to wait and asked for her name because I honestly felt like I was treated poorly considering I was being friendly. I can’t imagine how mean they’d be to others. She refused to give me her last name and said I could check on the receipt which I later realized she didn’t give me. I asked another staff that was there if she knew her full name and Vanessa said “she just told you” and smiled. Read more6/26/23 at 5:52pm drive thru order #168 I am a frequent customer at this location and just experienced the most distasteful service I've ever had. I had an order of $56.40 which for some reason frustrated the drive-thru employee from the start and she made it very clear by cutting me off and giving me attitude. I also paid extra for curly fries (x2) which i did not get. My order of stuffed jalapenos had a very poor presentation (image attached). I am a huge fan of Jack in the Box but i will now make an effort and drive out of my way to a different location in order to avoid service like this. The drive-thru female employee rolled her eyes multiple times and had a horrible attitude completely unprompted. There were a couple other items i wanted to order but was discouraged because she cut me off and told me to pull up to the front. Last thing i got a chance to order was a peach iced tea, which i was excited about. She gave me an orange Fanta. I also had to ask for my receipt because i didn't receive one. I asked the female employee for her name she said it was "Vanessa" and walked away from me. The receipt says her name was "Ana". Being that i was a polite and courteous customer I imagine she acts this way with every customer she encounters which will easily turn away customers in the future thus causing your business to lose money. This location seems to be better than most in town for the most part. This location has a relatively nice interior with a fireplace. The service I received was very friendly and welcoming. I wanted to try the double fish sandwich " The Deluxe Fish." I must say it was pretty good. The fish was fully cooked and crispy. Nice amount of tartar sauce, fresh lettuce, and decent bun. The only problem was the tomatoes, which were very thin and soggy. I just took them off, and we were good to go. I did have more to our order tacos, burger, salad we got everyone fed. So today was a good day at Jack in the Box, decent food, but even better service, so overall, not too bad. We'll things have changed for the worst. Came and it took almost 8 minutes to be acknowledged at the counter. Is one thing if it is crazy busy but I was the only one in line, 3 people in the dining room eating, 1 car in drive through. Everyone just looked at me and looked away. Then finally after about 8 minutes someone ask what i wanted not hello or welcome just what would I like.
