MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Pasco

2 stars for the food - I have been to many MOD pizzas around the country and I have never been to one this conservative with toppings. Maybe it's because they are still a new location but it was rough. Crust was cooked to perfection but everything else (food wise) was a disappointment. NOTE: I decided to visit the Kennewick location the next day to see if all of the Tri-Cities locations were like this one in regards to toppings - not at all! The pizza from the Kennewick location was overflowing with toppings. Would recommend going there instead.

4 stars for the service - super friendly staff, a bit clunky (due to newness) but all smiles and very pleasant.

4 stars for the atmosphere - like all other MOD locations. Super clean and comfortable. Lots of seating.

As far as fast food is concerned very few places can be MOD Pizza. Simply they have fresh food they give you how much you ask for so if you go big you get big their salads are bigger and fresher than anything available elsewhere for that money or price point it's amazing and I go here often. The people that work here also usually very cool very attentive and here to serve you unlike many other places where there's no love no particular interest in satisfying the customer these people make it their personal mission to help you get the meal you're looking for prepared the way you want it prepared and it's very rare that you get this kind of service from these types of low cost restaurants. My dad and I ordered our pizzas from the menu and everything went smooth. We got them to go, and once we got home we realized that both our pizzas had no sauce. Is asking for sauce on a pizza a new thing i’m not aware of? I will admit that we should have checked our pizzas before leaving. But the employees seemed a but more occupied asking children not to touch the glass and stop playing on the bars than making our orders. Also, the lady who made our pizza had to keep looking at the menu on the wall to make our pizza but couldn’t add the sauce? I’m a bit disappointed that I got home and pretty much had dry cheese bread for dinner, but overall the...
