i wish I can give them 0 stars for the immature and unprofessional behavior they have AND due to the fact that they have roaches and flies crawling all over the food!ALL of the workers there are rude and give hater energy to beautiful people that walk thru that poor establishment simply out of jealousy and it’s RIDICULOUS how they act as if they’re still in highschool. GROW UP. If you can’t handle being courteous and professional to customers don’t bother having a job that makes you talk to customers everyday. go work in the back where you can keep your disgusting and ugly attitude hidden from the beautiful people walking around the world. when I went to address the jealousy and childish attitude from one of the ugly workers I was fed with lies. First of all I’m ALWAYS RESPECTFUL AND POLITE UNTIL IM TREATED WITH DISRESPECT OR BELITTLED. Then I will match your energy because I don’t care for the petty and disgusting attitude from a person that doesn’t love themself. I do not tolerate getting degraded or disrespected ESPECIALLY if I’m in an establishment being polite and wasting my money. I’ve had Nano’s cater meals from 2 - 200 people!! Always on point, delicious & a hit!! 😍👍🏼💯❤️🎯 I always call in advance to see what they have because they’ll make sure it’s fresh. warm & waiting for you whether you eat-in or take out. I get Arroz con Gandules & Pasteles!!

The best Alcapurrias, Papa Rellenas & Sorullos I’ve had! And I am Boricua, also, lived in El Barrio/Spanish Harlem - where things have changed food-wise. The food here is amazing great ingredients as well as the juices. My only issue is the main lady in the front there always seems to be an attitude. She gave me a paper bag with two sandwiches and three empanadas with so much grease it was basically tearing apart come to find out the empanadas where basically thrown in with no wax paper . Then proceeded to give attitude when asking for a plastic bag to hold my disolving paper bag. And once more when asking for extra sauce i got a "sigh" ... Like i love this place.
