Dunkin' — Restaurant in Paterson

I've been to this Dunkin Donuts at three times in one week and each time that I've been there they give me a new story of why I can't use the restroom one we don't have a key while public bathroom should be open to the public it's not working 3 and today the famous one we don't have the keys somebody misplace them why is the bathroom door locked it should be open to the public I'm a customer I go in there I purchase something if I want to use the restroom or wash my head I should be able to use it I think they're racist they don't want to let me use the bathroom I would never go there again I would give them negative Stars plus a customer...

This morning I went to this place and this lady Gladys was on the front counter I asked her about a sandwich on the menu and she just ignored me and told me to look at the menu with a bad attitude. I think she had a bad day and I just ordered and I asked for a medium drink and didn’t ask if I wanted anything else and continues on telling me the price without me letting me finish so I just paid but she told me I couldn’t leave money on the counter. Please do NOT come to this location. Every time I order on the DD app and pick up in the store, it’s always “We don’t have that” and I end up waiting for something that I didn’t want because my items are unavailable. They just aren’t friendly and acts as if it’s MY FAULT they never have anything in this store that’s on the DD menu. Also, the coffee is ALWAYS burned.
