This was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant and that isn’t an understatement. Me and my friend were there Sunday evening. Nobody greeted us when we walked in I actually heard someone in the back loudly groan when they saw people. Mind you it’s probably 20 till 6 and the website and online says they close at nine. I waited for the food and when it was ready I got a very rude “did you order the falafel?” instead of calling out the name or order number. First thing is I paid 2 dollars for an extra tzatziki sauce and they did not put it in the bag so I went back up and asked about it. I was told they were out by the girl at the front counter, no apology she wasn’t even planning on telling me. I then said how I paid for it so I’d kindly like a refund since I didn’t get the sauce. She turns around and says to I guess the manager that I wanted a refund then she says “hold on” and a few minutes later they come out with the tzatziki sauce. They had it the whole time but for some reason didn’t feel like getting it so they just told me they were out. I guess getting the sauce was easier than a refund ? I finally sit down and start eating and a different employee comes out and says they are closing even tho the website says 9 they said they “wanted to go home early since they are short staffed” I said okay but I will be eating my food I paid for. Then she said that they wanted to be out of there in fifteen minutes at 6 and that me and my friend could finish our food. Directly after she went into the kitchen another employee comes out and says we need to leave because they want to go home. Me and my friend try and explain that they cannot just kick us out when they are not even closed and the other employee said we could have fifteen minutes she then calls us a liar and said “she would never say that and that’s not what she told us she said” but it was word for word what she said to us so we tell her it really will only take a few minutes and they can clean the other tables no problem like we understood they wanted to leave but us eating the food we paid for for a few more minutes wasn’t worth the fuss they were making. After that employee goes in the back a third employee comes out and starts raising her voice saying we need to leave immediately me and my friend didn’t want to sit there and argue we we genuinely hungry so we left and ate the overpriced food in the car. Not to mention it seemed like they tried to make the food as fast as they could because my food was cold and my friends burger wasn’t cooked all the way. I have never in my life been kicked out of a restaurant over just wanting to eat the food I paid for. Never come here. It’s not worth the price or your time. These people shouldn’t work in costumer...
Read moreAwful service. I go up to the counter and the cashier motions me to use the screen, as if making a simple verbal order isn’t possible. I don’t know if it’s part of the “futuristic experience”, but it comes off as cold and unfriendly.
The food is OK, but absolutely not worth the $20 for a small basic sandwich and fries that comes with it.
I didn’t get a sauce that they charged extra for. And when I explained that it was missing, the cashier acted like it was a big deal and didn’t say a word after taking well over a minute to grab it.
Honestly a miserable place, and the noisiness of the Walmart entrance does...
Read moreThe food was good and cooked well so there’s not any complaints there. Although they do need to figure out their policies and make sure all their associates know it and stick to it. I was told no refills if I dined in at the restaurant. I then found out a couple days later an acquaintance of mine dined in there and they gave them a refill. It’s not the drink I’m necessarily mad about its the idea behind it, just be consistent on whatever the rule is. The cups could definitely be bigger though. Especially if you’re not going to offer free refills at the prices...
