Bad food, bad service, and gourmet prices! What's not to love? Two stars for atmosphere because the gnats swarming our table really upped the ambiance.
I recommend the ultra-miniature dish of melted cheese for $6.00 and the overcooked, low-grade chicken fajitas with two onion strips and rubbery tortillas for $18.99. Is it first-run chicken or second-hand leftovers from the table before you? That's the kitchen's little secret to know and the doctors at the ER to find out!
Feeling parched? Why not quench your thirst with a Sprite for $3.19 + tax and tip, served in an appetizingly-dirty class with cloudy ice.
Feel like a walk on the wild side? Ask for the server who specializes in their renowned "salsa del thumb dip" - guaranteed to push your immune system to the very max!
Looking to break a femur or two? Enjoy their ceramic tile floor, generously coated in copious quantities of ultra-greasy super shine! What gives it that glorious, glowing sheen: Armor All? WD40? Crisco? Only their cleaning crew knows for sure.
Tired of only paying for items on your VISA bill that you've personally purchased? Delight in La Hacienda's old-school credit card slip system! This quaint throw-back to the early days of identity theft uses a retro chic carbon copy slip of your full credit card number, expiration date, and legal name! You're practically guaranteed to experience the pleasure and fun of fighting with your credit card company to remove multiple unauthorized charges for luxury items and dream vacations enjoyed by people you've never met in your life!

Read moreI can't give half stars, otherwise this would be closer to 3.5 as opposed to 3. Visited because I thought this was related to a restaurant of the same name in Ocala, FL, but I think I may have been mistaken. My friend and I visited in the evening, about 7'oclock with about four other groups in the restaurant. One water, one Coke, one enchilada meal and one chimichanga meal came to ~$35 after tax.
Pros: Nice clean interior. Many tables. Seated quickly. Free chips/salsa/other sauce. Both the man and woman attending the front asked about drinks and taking plates. Friend doesn't like beans so they offered double rice. Food arrived quickly and was hot. Man serving was enjoying the music as he worked.
Cons: Man taking care of us seemed to rush. Wasn't halfway through the meal and he was asking if we were done. When ordering asked to have tomatoes/guac/sour on the side to which I was told the condiments would be put in a bowl, but they still arrived on top of my lettuce. I didn't get my beans with my chimichanga but I did not ask for them after realizing it so that's on me.
The food itself wasn't bad. The chicken in the chimichanga was seasoned well. I would have liked a little more queso but that's a non issue. My friend seemed to like their enchiladas. Back home in FL I get the same chimichanga with the same setup for about $3 cheaper with more chicken, but the a la carte/combos seemed well priced.
With everything said, I would give this place another chance. Their menu has pictures of their actual food, not just stock images, and seems comparable in size to...
Read moreWhile visiting Peachtree City, we decided to try this restaurant at my sister’s recommendation, and it did not disappoint! Conveniently located off Highway 54 in a shopping center, it’s easily accessible with ample parking.
When we arrived, the restaurant wasn’t overly crowded, allowing us to be seated quickly. Right away, the attentive staff welcomed us with warm, crispy tortilla chips and two flavorful salsas—both were absolutely delicious and set the tone for a great meal.
The menu is impressively extensive, featuring a wide variety of Tex-Mex favorites, including sizzling fajitas, tacos, and fresh seafood dishes. We opted for the shrimp fajitas, a grilled chicken taco salad, and shrimp nachos. Each dish was cooked to perfection, packed with flavor, and customized exactly as we requested. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite.
One of the most unique aspects of our visit was the restaurant’s robot server—a fun and unexpected touch that added to the experience!
Overall, everything about this place exceeded our expectations—the service, the atmosphere, and most importantly, the food. Though we were too full to indulge in dessert, we spotted several tempting options that we’ll have to save for next time. I will definitely...
