Poké Bar — Restaurant in Peachtree City

We visited this restaurant at 8:30 pm (closes at 9) when no one else was in the restaurant. I saw one of the employees tidying up as if he were prepping to close. We fully expected to get the unwelcome eye roll coming in that close to closing. However, the employee welcomed us with a big smile and hello that was really genuine. We had never eaten there before, and he happily explained the process to us. During that time a second employee came out from the back and helped him with our orders. He offered suggestions when he noticed us contemplating what we wanted. When we were debating eating in vs taking it to go because of the time, he again made us feel very welcomed to stay as he explained that they would be there cleaning anyway, so there was no rush for us to leave. As we sat and ate, another customer came in wanting a drink that they were out of. The employee took the time to make other recommendations rather than letting her leave empty handed after she said she only likes the one they were out of. Then another group came in, and the same employee joked with them that he should know what they want by now because they always order the same thing. I wish I would have gotten his name, but if course he was busy making other customers feel special when we left. That didn’t stop him from yelling bye as we went out the door though. I had the misfortune of getting my food from this establishment on Monday. I was astonished by the sheer rudeness and unprofessionalism of the employees. As soon as my mother and I arrived we felt very unwelcome—we were not greeted with a hello, nor were we greeted with a smile. This was foreign to us considering that we have eaten at several Poké bars throughout Georgia, and were always treated warmly and respectfully. There was a female worker in particular— I didn’t get her name but she looked to be in her 20s and was Asian—who was INCREDIBLY rude. She cut me off while I was ordering, rolled her eyes at me and my mother while we were picking out our proteins, and maintained a tone dripping with condescension, hostility, acrimony, and asperity throughout our entire exchange. I have never been in a restaurant with this level of customer disservice before. I will not...

What they can improve on: for an $19.25 Medium Bowl, Rice shouldn’t be skimped on. If a custom says to add a little more into the bowl then do it. 
And if they pay the $2.50 for extra rice, they should get a container of rice that fills the Small bowl (not just 1 ice cream scoopers scoop worth of rice) At $19.25 I don’t believe you can have premium toppings like mango, imitation crab, avocado or seaweed salad. They should all be available to be selected at no extra cost and standardized so that if a custom ask for more then there is a cost associate with that. I love going to and recommending places that make me feel like Im getting great value for what I’m paying. I can’t say that’s how I left feeling...
