I had bought a straight talk iphone from Walmart yesterday with a $55 service plan but I misplaced the sim card and straight talk would not help me recover the pin. Had to buy another $55 plan from walmart and the workers at the electrics department would not help with anything. I stopped by this store inside walmart thinking it was customer service the customer service to return the iphone amd take the $110 loss as I was unable to activate the iphone with the new service plan too.
Ace asked me what was wrong and I explained him everything and asked what he suggested for me go do about this situation. He immediately took over and called straight talk for me and was able to revover the service pin from yesterday and get my phone activated all in 30 minutes. Ace did all this just to help me out and did not accept any money from me. He spent this entire time arguing with the customer service for me and he was adamant to get my service activated. I still cannot believe it worked and that my iphone is now activated and ready to use.
When I needed help yesterday buying a phone, I had go wait 45 minutes for someone in the electronics department to help me. Read moreBroke my Apple Watch and they're unwilling to accept responsibility. Also I brought my watch in to the store to get a new battery in April. Once the battery came in, they called to let me know I could bring the watch in to replace it (at this point my watch worked fine but battery life went fast). After a week, they informed me it was ready to be picked up. I picked it up and there was only 5% battery on it. Within the first couple hours after I charged it, the watch would randomly shut down. I called back and was told to bring it back in. After another week went by with no call, I had to call them and they said it was a faulty connection when they replaced the battery and they fixed it. Since getting it back the second time, it is COMPLETELY dead and will not charge or work. When I let them know that I'd like a refund on at least the battery(not labor because I understand they took "time" to fix it) and I was told there is no refund policy. I am SUPER disappointed in the lack of customer service and quality of work. I would not recommend anyone using them. I am having to buy a new Apple Watch now...
Read moreI came in yesterday to get my phone repaired and my credit card was charged but my phone was not repaired. The person at the store today wants $699 more to complete the repair. The new screen is not cracked in any way. I believe the screen installed is not compatible with the iphone se but I'm not sure. I'm begging you to please make this right. The repairs I was charged for don't work and the employee working yesterday assured me this was the most economical way for me to make reliable phone calls. I have incurred serious costs and hardship from not having a phone. Today when I tried first thing to contact the Cellairis store, they said they'd have a solution for me this evening or tomorrow, but I need a phone. Please assist in this matter and help get me taken care of. I believe you are an honest business and didn't mean to rip me off, but the phone simply doesn't work at all after bringing it to you for a repair.
