If I could give it 0 stars, this would be my choice. I went there today and bought a lot of spirits. Before paying, I asked the cashier if there was a 5% discount on each bottle of wine. She looked at the computer and said yes. Then I paid and took the invoice and saw that there were three bottles of wine without discounts. I asked them what was going on. The male staff said that it had to be a full box, so there was no discount. I asked why she didn't tell me when I asked her. I wanted to return these three bottles of wine. The male staff said it couldn't be returned. I said why couldn't I return it when I hadn't left your store? They cursed and told me to get out of their store. The female cashier was at fault and called the police. I was right and the police stood by me. Please judge. It was a wrong choice for the boss to hire such unprofessional employees. I have always had very friendly and professional experiences until today. I have been using your online app to order by delivery and it has been great. However, today I used the app for curbside pickup which was an option at checkout. I received a text letting me know my curbside order was ready and to follow the link instructions. The instructions were to tap the ‘I’m at the store’ box which I did and fill out the make and model of my vehicle and where I was parked. I waited 15 minutes and then called the store number. I was told the app doesn’t offer curbside pickup. The woman was very insistent and rude. My husband overheard the two workers talking about profiling three Mexican men and three black females. Apparently according to Linda if a person didn't purchase something then they must have stolen something. Which according to Linda will prompt an investigation into looking at the video surveillance to see if the individuals had stolen merchandise. Thats profiling. Then she lied when my husband approached her about her comments. Then she asked him for his license when using his credit card, which he said, no. Also that's not this store's policy.
