Viet's Cuisine — Restaurant in Peachtree City

The food was really great. The guest service was okay and should have been better. I ordered the grilled chicken Banh Mi and the mushroom & tofu crepe. The Banh Mi was excellent!! It was warm, perfectly toasted, and the chicken was moist & well seasoned. The crepe itself was awesome but the filling was a little disappointing. I was expecting to receive a reasonable amount of mushrooms and tofu in my crepe, I did not. There was a large portion of bean sprouts (filler) compared to small portion of mushrooms (5 small slices) & tofu (5 cubes). The crepe is the size of the plate it's served on but thin. The filling gives it bulk. The service were okay. The restaurant was not full nor too busy for the service to be alot better. When I initially sat down to order I felt like I was being "rushed". I also noticed that servers in the restaurant were less attentive to me than other patrons of the restaurant. The entire time I dined no one checked on me. To put this simply: NEW FAVORITE SPOT. I went in for the first time earlier this week and had to return yesterday because I can't get over how amazing the food is!First time there I tried the pork egg rolls, fried calamari, and beef pho (I believe it was p6) and was BLOWN AWAY. Sure the egg rolls are small but they are TO DIE FOR! The fried calamari was DELICIOUS! Its so crunchy and the sauce(i believe it was sweet and sour sauce) is by far the BEST I've ever had! Don't get me started on their iced teas. I tried the peach and raspberry tea that day and they are so refreshing and sweet! They may be a little sweeter than I usually take my tea but its a fresh fruit type of sweet where you feel like you have the best picked peaches and berries in your tea. Today I went back and had the shrimp egg rolls, veggie pho with vegetable broth and added shrimp and a blueberry iced tea and fell in love all over again! I don’t think I can say anything that has not already been said in these reviews, but this Vietnamese restaurant is excellent.

The service when we walk in was managed by teenagers and it was very laid-back, extremely laid-back lol but luckily, the quality of the food was not.

The Pho’s are amazing. The appetizer that we had was also outstanding. This is an extremely well run restaurant in the kitchen. Any restaurant that has an Asian market next to it has got to be good! There’s not a lot of competition luckily this restaurant stands alone as an outstanding Place for dinner.

When we first arrived at 6:20 PM on a Tuesday we were the only people in the whole restaurant and we were very nervous, however, by 7 o’clock the restaurant was 75% full.
