I just moved here from SC. I moved away from family and my husband works full time so I'm not able to have someone watch my sweet baby while I run personal errands. I came in to the store to get my eye brows done, and as soon I walked in immediately a girl at the counter looks at me and says "um, you can't be here!" I explained that I didn't understand and she explained that I could be here, but not my baby. The store had a new policy where there were no babies allowed. Let me first say, I completely understand! I think every store can make their own rules!!!! So I offered to leave and the girl insisted I stay and they would make an exception "this one time"....I asked repeatedly "are you sure? I don't mind going somewhere else" and she still said "....no, it's fine. We will just put a note in here and we will have the boss wax you herself." If I would have known what happened next I would have left. I was waiting for over 20 minutes and there was constant glancing and eyes rolling as they would look over at me with the baby. I was about to leave, but the owner called me back. When we got in the room she started on my eye brows but made sure to tell me AGAIN how I should be glad that she was there today or I would have to go somewhere. I told her I offered to leave and she scoffed. Well my daughter started crying and she said "get it out." So I thought my daughter was bothering the store, so I proceeded to get her out of her car seat and just sat her in my lap. The owner huffed and kept and being rude. She did my eye brows so fast and it wasn't a clean job :/ I paid at the front and I did NOT tip due to the bad experience and as I walked out the owner said "remember, don't come back till you leave your baby with a babysitter or someone else!"
I've gone one time before about a month ago without my baby (special occasion) and I had one lady do my eye brows and she did a fantastic job!!! She took her time, and my eye brows looked like a million bucks!

Read moreThis place was unexpected. I reached out to Social Media on places to get my brows done after horrible experience at an eyebrow threading place I had went to for years I was honestly afraid for anyone to touch my eyebrows again. I was told about the place in Peachtree City that was close to where I live so I took a chance. I made an appt. via email which didn’t even save my appt. Which was my fault. I walk into this establishment without an appt. thinking I had one. The front office young lady was very soft toned and kind and set me up to be next in line. I was greeted by Kalecia. She was incredibly calm and informative. She assured me she would take care of me and set me at ease. My experience went very well and I added an additional service to enhance my features. She was very easy to talk to. The price was as expected + tip a well deserved one at that.

She had the nerve to tell me I was too late and she was going to mark me as a no show when I stood there and waited 5 minutes for her to check in two walk-ins. This was at 12 minutes after, meaning I arrived well within their 10 minute grace period. I explained that I was there waiting for her to check people in and her response was to just kept repeating herself. It doesn't really matter I only go there 2-3 times a year, but I've been going there for at least 3 years now, and I've never been treated this poorly. She figured since I wasn't going to put up a fight she could be at nasty as she wanted but that just not a good way to run a business. Guess it's time to look for a new place now , since I don't want to deal with Regina...
