I know they just recently opened and they’re still trying to get their flow but we went here yesterday to give it a try. I don’t like giving critical feedback but I have to warn others because I had no idea what I was getting into at this new place that used to be a Zoe’s. The atmosphere is industrial and modern which is not really my thing but some people love that city feel. I have to say that I don’t like the way it’s set up. We had to wait in line for 10-15 minutes because it’s an assembly line for Mediterranean faire like Willy’s next door. Granted we came on a busy Sunday afternoon but I don’t fault the staff just the way that the restaurant is set up. People don’t know what they want and they have to point to the ingredients they want in their bowls and it just slows the process down. I prefer to order what I want and be able to sit and have them bring it out to me or even call a name or number out. It just feels like a cafeteria line. The food was mediocre and I don’t get what all the hype is about. I love Mediterranean food but I’ve had better. Perhaps if I tried something different and went on a less busy time it might redeem itself. I will not, however go here...
Read moreI Absolutely will definitely try this again!! Great food quality, options and portion. For the price! It's fantastic. The servers were great. And I don't remember seeing a tip option during payment, which is kinda cool and freeing. I didn't tip, but surely next time I stop by, I'm paying in Cash!! No pressure of tipping deserves the tip for the quality. Oh. I didn't want no drinks, the lady suggested " how about a water cup! " That's so thoughtful. I accepted the water cup and filled my water cup. Back to the food!! I had the brown rice and lentil. Half and half lamb meatball and spicy chicken. I went with the 3 spicy dip and nearly all the toppings. As much as u want. I got to taste each individual flavor and I tell u. The quality is 7 star!! This isn't Qdoba or Chipotle. This is CAVA and you will be glad you stopped by. Almost 6hrs later, writing this review and my stomach is still happy. Satisfied with the nourishment. Oh, healthy and delicious rarely go together, with this place, they do go together!! Hasta la...
Read moreI’ve been eating at cava all over Atlanta and the country for years and was super excited to see cava coming to Peachtree City. I’ve been to this location a few times already and had great experiences however yesterday I went in and had a terrible experience with a rude manager, and a rude employee working next to her. The hot vegetables were burnt to a crisp, and she gave me a very small amount, and when I asked if they had more coming, she insisted I would have to be charged more. Also, employees have suggested that I order kids, salads or pita without the bread for my two boys, which has always worked out great. But these two are rigid and condescending employees refused to make the accommodation and then constantly interrupted when I tried to explain. The manager actually told me that she was just trying to educate me so I could be more informed. I’ve probably been to cava over 200 times. I’ll wait a couple of months and hopefully these employees will time out will be replaced. We left...
