The trainers at burn Bootcamp have had such an impact on my life as a mother, wife and woman. After having children I stopped working out for almost five years and it was really tough getting back into the routine of exercising again. Burn Bootcamp has helped get back into exercising by offering child watch for my two sons so I can focus on me for 45 minutes! The trainers have helped me love exercising again by motivating me, encouraging me to do my best, and giving me the confidence to finish ever workout. My trainers Karuna and Amanda are the most encouraging, motivating, and sweetest trainers I could have ever hoped for. They never make me feel like I can’t do something. They always find an alternative to help me get through my workout and always welcome me with a smile and such energy. When I started at Burn I promised myself I’d try my best to get three workouts in throughout the week… I’m almost hitting five workouts every single week. And that’s me being over weight. From the moment I walked in, I immediately felt welcome not only from Taylor at the front desk, but also the trainer Ezzie and the other people attending class. I was definitely struggling and it was a great boost of confidence to have the trainer and also other class members encouraging me. Taylor, Noey and Heather at the front have been super helpful and kind with all my questions and getting me signed up with the app, classes, etc. Ezzie, Janelle, Megan, Karuna and DeAngelo are all empowering, encouraging, knowledgeable and straight up awesome trainers. If someone has an injury or is unable to do one of the moves, they give you a modification to ensure you are still working that muscle group. There is even a private FB page with all kinds of info, Q & A's and more to ensure that Burn Family feel and promote communication. If you need it, there is also childcare available.
