Horrible service from Sara she needs to be fired immediately. I ordered the signature sandwich meal when I got the the window I paid in the employee handed me the drink and asked me to pull forward due to the food not being prepared. As I was waiting for my food the employee came to my car in said they dont have the chicken filet in would I like them to use chicken strips instead I stated no I would just like a refund, so I backed up to the window and the mgr Sara came to the window in asked me the exact same question the employee asked and I stated no I will like a refund, so Sara asked for my card and refunded me partial of the amount I paid, so Sara basically refunded me the amount of the meal but not the drink, so I drove back around to figure out why I was charged for a drink I don’t not even drink being that I had to pull up and wait and then find out they didn’t have what I ordered the last thing she should have been worried about was a drink. So moving forward Sara said she can’t refund a dollar I said will I want my money I don’t want the drink since I didn’t get the food and Sara then starts laughing saying nasty stuff and then goes to the cash register and says I got a dollar out the register merry Christmas. Read moreLast Sunday we came here for lunch and the tenders were smaller than the boneless wings. We noticed were given an extra tender and a few extra fries to make up for it so it was no problem. I bit into a boneless wing and it was black inside. Needless to say I was done eating.
We went back today and stood at the counter to order. We were the only ones in the restaurant other than a table in the back with a family already eating. 3 employees walked by us, never asking to take our order or if we had even been helped. I'm not impatient and figured they were on break since they avoided making ANY eye contact with us.
We waited 8 minutes to be acknowledged. Gracelyn (I believe was her name) took our order. She was very sweet.
We ordered a boneless wings and things and some fried pickles. Exact same tiny tenders issue as last week, and the wings didn't even have enough sauce on them to cover them. Dry. Toast was still bread. Barely a handful of fries.

Read moreWhile sitting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, I saw a promotional sign that advertised a free Signature Sandwich when you download the app. So, while I sat there waiting for my turn to order, I downloaded it, created an account within the app, and looked at the rewards tab and it didn’t show anything. When I arrived at the speaker, I ordered the food I came for, and asked the employee how I can redeem the free sandwich with the app download. He said “I have no idea”. He then told me to have the app open with the QR code when I got to the window and he’d take care of me. When I got to the window, he gave me my order and a separate bag containing the Signature Sandwich. I showed him the QR code and he scanned it a few times. He said it wasn’t working and told me that he’d have to take the sandwich back or that I could pay for it separately from my original order.
