First let me start off by saying Lawrence the general manager should be the face of every food chain. It’s because of him, his customer service and his ability to do the right thing when he didn’t have to that Cheeseburger Bobby’s has gained a loyal customer(s). Today was my co-workers and my first time ordering from this establishment and when I went to pick up my food my order hadn’t been started. I was upset because I only have a 30 minute lunch and I advised them to cancel my order and that I will never come here again. The ladies in the front canceled my order and Lawrence felt extremely bad and told me to come over. He made my food right on the spot and when I told him it was okay he said, “No it not” and was very apologetic. He didn’t want my first experience to be a bad one nor did he want his company to lose a customer. I’ve been in Georgia for four years and one of my biggest complaints is the lack of customer service here, so what Lawrence did was rare in these parts and because of it my co-workers stated that they’re going to eat here as well. Thank you Lawrence
PS; As I was leaving I found out that they had just had a huge order of 25 hamburgers for one customer on top of the rush that had come in, and that was the reason they were...
Read moreGreat food, bad service! My husband ordered a double, it came out a single. He told one of the cooks and the cook hollered to the "manager?" and asked what to do. The "manager?" was mingling with the girls on the cash register, deep in a hilarious conversation. Clearly he was very busy. He asked to see the receipt. It was wrung up wrong as a single. The "manager?" told the cashier that she rung it up wrong and she shrugged and smiled. The "manager?" pointed at the register for my husband to come pay for the other half of the burger if he wanted one. He hardly spoke two words to us about the situation.
We are your average looking 30 year olds. We are not trying to steal 2$ from Bobby's Burgers on our way through Georgia. Our food already came out. We have a screaming 2 yr old and a baby at the table. It'd be awesome if they threw a 50 cent patty on the grill quick so he's not standing in line AGAIN and then also waiting for the food. The professionalism from the "manager?" was the most astonishing part. Playing games with the staff and completely disconnecting from any sort of ownership of the service.
I would love to go back for the food but would never try this specific location. Also! It would be WONDERFUL to put in a changing table into...
Read moreI honestly give it a three in a half stars. The staff were good and were nice. They did a great job there.
The inside of the restaurant was neat; something that's reminiscent to other Burger joints but for what it, I like the inside and how comfortable the place felt.
The Employee, Isaiah, is one of a kind nice guy! Great guy and took cared of me and my Lips very well!
I ordered the Smokehouse Burger and the aesthetics were good. The soft bun action was nicely toasted and had a buttery taste to it.
And that's how my burger was: good! Tasty and buttery with the 100% beef beef, which I'm a fan of compared. If the burger came to me dry, oh there would've been some problems hahaa!
The set back for me was the price. While $9.89 is due to selling the Angus Beef (combo with fries and a drink), it didn't justify the price for me at all. It's good for a chill out spot to hang with friends but there are other spots to go for that, especially when it comes to burgers. The fries weren't as "special" as I expected. And I'm a HUGE fan of fries.
Overall, it's a good experience if you want to enjoy a decent burger for a dine-in price. However, the Frozen Custards there are topnotch!! Seriously,...
