Pay attention to your Receipt they are charging $1 (a dollar) to NOT I repeat to NOT put ice in your cup how is it that you charge the customer for not putting ice in a drink thatās being purchase. Laila (supervisor) excuse was prices went up. Me; WHAT!!!!!! (š§š¤ am I purchasing gas no a drink w/ NO ICE ) that should be more of a reason not to put ice when a customer request. Absolutely absurd & ridiculous customers are being charged for not wanting Ice in there drink. By Not putting Ice requires less labor. Laila was extremely unprofessional rude and argumentative with a customer she needs training on customer service and relations . Clearly she has no training a family member or friend hired her with no training(franchise location I was informed after asking for corporate number, Laila response as if sheās untouchable with being reprimand) she is a complete embarrassment on Dunkin. I stated there should be a sign customer should be informed they are being charged $1 for no Ice donāt just take it upon yourself and charge customer. Charging for No ice is just distasteful. I requested a refund and will not be returning. There are plenty places that is better than Dunkin(convenient sometimes is not worth it and in this case itās not). Business fail to realize & the pandemic didnāt teach business owners anything you need the customers the customers do not need your business get better customer service & relation training with staff. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location deserves no stars. I just visited there at 7:30am this morning and will never return. I went via the drive thru. When it was my turn, it waited for about 4 minutes before giving my order and then I was told to HOLD, which I did for another 4 minutes. Then the car behind of me, started blowing the horn, as if I was the problem. When the attendant returned and with no apology, I proceeded to complete my order. I got to the window and informed the same attendant nicely that the wait was too long and the car behind of me was honking their horn. He replied, "if you cannot wait and think you can do better, then come inside and apply."
OMG!!! Such customer service so early in the morning, especially when I was not even rude or disrespectful. He repeated himself twice and showed no remorse and I informed him that he was RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. The strangest thing, there were only 2 cars in the drive-thru and only 3 customers inside the store. They were not busy! So I don't even know why all the holds.
Quite disappointed, as I visited that location years ago and had great customer service. NOW, you don't even deserve one star and I will NEVER return. As a matter of fact, you should be FIRED.

The building was just renovated so I thought, why not give it one more chance. Unfortunately, this was the worst restaurant experience I've had. Behind the microphone there is a utility closest with the door open. As I am ordering my food, the air pump comes on and created an exasperating noise. The worker could not hear me and starts screaming at me to order. I am trying but the air pump is too loud. After a couple minutes of her yelling at me because she can't hear me, finally I get the order through. As I pull up to the window, they rudely ask for my card, before I gave it to them I asked for oak milk in one of my coffees and I offered to pay for it. They refused to add the oak milk and continued to be super unprofessional and rude. I truly was stunned on how terrible and unethical the workers were. I will never go back and I would recommend my co workers from my office to avoid this...
