Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

I went to this location today on May 29th, 2024 at 11:30 am. Something told me to go to the other location on South Peachtree because the employees are always more pleasant there. I ordered a Giant Italian sub & the guy serving me tried giving me a regular. I than told him I wanted a Giant sandwich & he caught an attitude. I am from the Northeast, so I like my sadwiches made a certain way. As I proceeded to tell him what I wanted, the attitude got BIGGER & he was being a JERK for absolutely no reason. I asked for extra mayonnaise & he rudely replied "Is That Everything". At that moment I became extremely annoyed & was about to walk out. At that time the other employee came & finished my sandwich by adding the condiments. There were 2 employees there on shift at the time. Both were Black guys. Neither of them had name tags on, but the guy that was EXTREMELY RUDE was a brown skin black guy with a stalky frame, and he had a semi-afro to medium curly line up. He was about 5'7 or 5'8 in height & he had a full black beard that connected. The other employee was a slimmer black guy with dreds or braids & he was very polite. I will not be returning to this location to dine anymore based on how I was treated by that employee. I shouldn't have to pay $21 for a sandwich to be disrespected & treated rudely simply for requesting the sandwich the way I like it, considering I'm paying for it. That interaction was NOT...

Meat Skimping and poor listening skills... Bread and lettuce Sandwich.

What happened to this location? I expect for a 14 dollar sandwich after tax to walk out feeling like I got what I paid for. Today that was not the case, and historically has not been the case at this location. My meat was not weighed (probably why I was short changed) and as you know this is the most expensive part of the cost to make a sandwich. I got a giant but the meat was equivocal to a regular (half the size).

Moving on, I was very clear about what I stated I wanted, guy completely missed the salt and pepper and when asked if he put it on said he did. Dude, I just watched you. Secondly I stated I did not want Mayo, sir do you want mayo, no, no mayo please. 15 seconds later... do you want mayo? I mean holy hell are they all high?

Will not return and I work down the street, there goes an easy customer for you guys and all you had to do...

I will NEVER visit this location again! I asked the worker before he started the condiments if the bread was hard & he said yes, so I asked to verify it myself & yes it was hard. I asked for a different bun so he asked the manager & her reply was it was baked this morning (it was now 3:45p). He says to the manager OK but she wants another bun so she turns to me & says it was baked this morning. I said OK, but it's hard, I would like a different bun. The manager again says it was baked this morning & I state I understand that, but the bread is hard! Again, this time with attitude the manager says that it was baked this morning.
