Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Pearland

I really had high hopes when I saw them add a standalone Chipotle by my house. This would alleviate me having to deal with the long line and out of “stuff” signs at the 288 location which is wayyyy to much traffic.

It started off very rocky with food being over salted, cold meat and small meat portions at this location.

They got better but as of late they have begun being out of items as well specifically lettuce and veggies. I stopped by around 7 saw they were out and I figured it was because they needed to cook some more veggies so I decided to come back.

I get back 2 hours later after grocery shopping and no veggies. It seems like there may be an inventory ordering issue or something.

Mind you I am okay with them being out of items it happens. But they proceed to make my bowl and then say they are out of several items. So I end up settling when I could have paid $12-15 somewhere that has all the items in stock.

My suggestion would be to put a sign up or express that before I wait in line.

Thee atmosphere is definitely cleaner than 288 but the area where they make the food looked very messy and at time just plain dirty.

The area where they make the bowls is messy as well. Seems like there may need to be periodic wipe downs.

The staff is cool always accommodating, BUT I have seen where they have 1 person taking and making orders and getting...

Great staff, except for one individual. EXTREMELY RUDE… I go here all the time and this woman always has an attitude for no reason!!! I’m so sick and tired of pretending like she doesn’t have one. I didn’t get her name but I went to this location on May 29th at 8:20 PM and she clocked out at 8:30. I’m sure this establishment can figure out who it was. She also african american and had glasses. Every other worker there was extremely nice and friendly but her? NOT AT ALL!! I greeted her, her immediate response was “What you want” WHAT THE HELL? I then proceeded to tell her what I would like and she cut me off everytime and asked “What else.” “K.” and in one instance, she didn’t hear what I said and she replied with “You wanna who what..?” Completely unprofessional and ruins my perception of this brand new location. I witnessed her being rude to the other customers as well! If no one will say anything I WILL!!! She needs to be talked to or something, because her attitude is so bad it makes me...

Tried this new chipotle and was not impressed. The beans looked more like refried beans than pintos beans. Did not even get a lot of chicken so mainly ate a rice bowl. Boyfriend asked for a double wrapped burrito only one tortilla was warmed up he asked for a little line of sour cream and got a big blob of it. The man didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. Got to the front to check out and went to go use my reward for my chips. The girl acted like she didn’t know how to work the register. Because she was asking me if it’s only to scan for the point's or if it’s online only because it wasn’t working and I just kept scanning and finally went through. I know they just opened but doesn’t even seemed like they are trained. Didn’t see any mangers making sure everything is okay. I won’t be back to this...
