Iāve been recommended this place several times. Iāve tried it twice and itās just not great. My first experience my group and I were there for over 2 hours and didnāt receive our full order and what did we receive was wrong. Iāve worked for several years in the service industry. It was VERY obvious that they had a rush they werenāt prepared for. Willing to give it another try. Fast forward several months, I decide to try it out again for lunch by myself. I ordered the Buffalo chicken salad. According to the menu it is supposed to have spring mix, tomatoes, blue cheese, oven baked croutons, chicken with Buffalo sauce and ranch. There was no spring mix, it was wilted romaine. The tomatoes were bad. Bad as in they were previously frozen so that had a terrible mushy/slimy texture. There was no blue cheese. The croutons were the HEB croutons, which I like, but thatās not oven baked and as I said they were stale. And the chicken.. š¤¦āāļø There was only one piece and it was pounded so thin to make it LOOK bigger that in the center there were pieces of the meat that were so over done and tough it was like leather. The ranch and Buffalo sauce were good.
I really donāt know what Iām missing at this place. Maybe you have to be a familiar face to get grandfathered into the good food and...

I asked for the egg to be cooked well done. It was not. The egg was super runny. Ok I dealt with that. I also ordered a croissant sandwich and added bacon to it. When I got home there was no bacon. I called the store. I explained to the young lady what happened. She tells me to hold on and puts someone on the phone named either Edgar or Gregory. Very rude and hostile individual. He told me the sandwich does not come with bacon, I told him yes I understand that; however, Iām not a vegetarian so I added bacon to the order and the man who took the order repeated it back to me verbatim. Then he goes on to keep arguing with me back and fourth and then says well that person is new and didnāt add it. He keeps arguing and being on the defensive instead of apologizing. I got tired of his rudeness and just ended up disconnecting the call. The staff including the manager needs training in customer service. He made it seem like it was my fault and Iām the customer. I canāt take my own order nor can I go the the kitchen and prepare it myself. Will NEVER visit this place again and what a shame as it it less than 5 minutes...

I called in for pickup and the customer service over-the-phone was great. She sounded professional with a great tone of voice. First thing I would suggest, especially now with the pandemic still around, you shouldāve had curbside pickup available, which is VERY IMPORTANT! I didnāt want to go inside as it looked very busy without enough room for social distancing. Secondly, my order was given to me already before I even paid. I couldāve walked out and wouldāve gotten a free breakfast. But thatās just not the type of person I am. Lastly, I ordered an oatmeal which I paid $8 for, and didnāt come with the berries, honey, granola, and brown sugar. It was PLAIN OATMEAL for $8! Thatās totally unacceptable. Please make sure whoever places a to-go order in a bag to double-check or triple-check the order and everything is in there. The smallest details counts. Other than that, I think this place got potential. Green juice was very tasty, and I think my favorite. I just think their ālargeā size is a little overpriced for the size of the cup.
