This place is hit or miss. Especially during rush hours.
There is either a high turn over rate, or some serious movement going on. As each time you get to learn an employees face / name. They are gone, and someone new in their place!
I’ve purposely stay away from this location as we used to dine or order at least 1-2 times a week here. I’ve been back twice with the same results.
The hiring process isn’t much better. When you tell them not mustard, to please put dijon. You note it to the employee, and tells you it’s mustard. I correct them again, as it’s yellow and not a darker tone. They don’t correct it, they just move forward making the sandwich. Unable to tell the difference. Even noted it to the new employee, they have it available for the to go orders. But not in the severing line up front.
Prior to that. I requested no pepperoni on my sub. Guess what was on my sub? I have digestive issues with pepperoni, she was over whelmed taking on 3 other orders other than my own. And didn’t get either of our requests correct.
You can tell the General Manager cares and try’s to make it right. But when you have new people every time messing up, gets hard to continue to return.
Continue to take my business else where. As this place doesn’t have it together. The other past issues I’ve brought up to the location were more severe prior to this. But still leaves a lot to be desired.

Read moreI tried hard to give this place a chance because I had a great experience with the Fairmont location where a really nice guy named Juan made me a perfect chicken sandwich with mushrooms it was DELICIOUS and he made it exactly how I wanted it. I tried this location on Pearland pkwy because it’s closer to my house and let’s just say the customer service here is a complete 360 from the happy smiling face of Mr. Juan. The young man who I assume is the manager at this store was rude and when I asked about the menu he just said “that doesn’t come like that “ instead of suggesting something or even offering just to take the unwanted items off. He has no customer service skills and really shouldn’t be in food service absolutely no smiles or anything almost like he was frustrated to be at work. So I said I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say they were just having a bad day and try them again yesterday but definitely won’t be back. They had 5 people working and me and my daughter were the only customers there and the place was disgusting the drink station was sticky and dirty and I had to ask for another cup because there was a hair in my cup. Read moreI look online but decided just to go and order. Online I see a sandwich that I would like, a number 4, so I get to the counter to order and discover that a #4 is not listed. I inquire about it and am told “oh that is from our secret menu but we can make it” Great, so I ask what is the price? Order taker says”it’s the same price as a number 2” so all is good until I get to the register and get told it is $1.00 more than a #2. The assistant manager who was working the register, insisted that the price was correct and she could make me another sandwich if I don’t pay for the one I ordered. Really? Normally I wouldn’t fuss over a dollar, just the principal of getting told one thing and being surprised by another made me say ok, make another sandwich. It was pretty good.
