McDonald's — Restaurant in Pearland

This McDonald's on 518 in Pearland is by far the worst one I've ever been to. I stopped going to this one for years because of the poor service I would get but I just went there today thinking it would be different since there is new management and different employees now, but I was wrong. They tried giving me the wrong order three times in the drive through then made me wait another 15 minutes for some girl with an attitude to come bring out the food and when I asked about my drink she didnt bring, she responded with rolling her eyes and sarcastically saying "ok". And I waited another ten minutes until I finally went in only to get ignored at the counter for about 5 minutes. Then finally a manager happen to be walking around the dining area so I told them what I needed and how long I had been waiting. He apologized and gave me a cup to get my drink. The girl that rolled her eyes that was supposed to be getting my drink wouldnt even look at me. And sadly she had a managers shirt on also. They are rude and short with people 100% of the time at this location. And get the orders wrong 80% of the time. My order was just a couple items and they weren't even that busy and it still took around 45 minutes and would have taken longer if I hadn't left the drive through to go in and...

This place has to get it together. I came in one day and no one was in line, I was told "one moment sir ill be right with you" from some young lady after five minutes of her giggling with her co worker I began to walk out. She noticed me and then decided to say "sir I can serve you now!" a coincidence? Well I came in the day after and waited in line while everyone was on edge at the miscommunication between the clerk and the customer. Everyone in line complaining about how bad the place is. One man was waiting for a salad that was waiting for him right across the counter and he had to yell and curse just to get it. I finally got to the front of the line and politely asked for a water and the clerk looked at me as if I was in the wrong and told me to wait next to line. After five minutes still no water. Just a water, no charge, no effort, just water. So I left and as I was leaving guess what? "Oh sir we can get you that water now!" Why does it take business walking out in order to get basic help. I came back still thirsty an hour later (from my job at kroger) and didn't even get to the front of line cause of the hostility of this McDonalds. They continue to struggle. Management tries, but is not supported by the Corporate Office. This is not an individually owned store. They continue to violate health code violations by not changing out their fryer oil, resulting in BROWN FRIES, not golden as they should be. We went through the drive thru last night and were told to pull up to the waiting spot where it took 15minutes to get fries, a hamburger and a fish sandwich. No one is taking any of us seriously wheb we inform them of the serious problems that have been created at this store. They keep a shake machine around that constantly breaks because it was made by a manufacturer that makes low end, faulty equipment that did a "back door " deal with the McDonalds Corporate Office to become their supplier/equipment vendor. This machine is down 3-4 times a week and it's been this way for nearly a year now. And since no one at the McDonald's Corporate office seems to care about this store, it may be time to report these issues to the local news channel KPRC who would be more than happy bring in thier news crew and broadcast live whats going on her at their severely...
