There was an empty customer table in front of me. The staff placed 4 baskets of newly washed soup spoons and chopsticks on it to wipe it dry. Seriously???? They're doing it in view of all the customers!!!! I felt disgusted because those 3 crews are doing it very quick and not really looking on what they are cleaning. As I continued to observe them, one of those crew went to the counter to help a customer checking out, he touched the computer and went back to wiping those spoons without washing his hands. Another crew that was wiping the spoons stopped and grabbed menu books when she saw 2 customers coming in. She guided those customers to their table then she saw a small wet spot on the table, which she wiped quickly with the napkin. After doing this, with her hand still holding that dirty napkin, she grab the rag and continued wiping those spoons again without throwing the napkin and not washing her hands or at least sanitize. Omg!!! If they could do this in front of customers how much more those stuff they do in their kitchen, away from customers site. I thought that after drying the spoons they will do some more cleaning of the utensils, but no, they started refilling those spoon holders on those emty tables. Wow!!! I just can't believe what I saw. I will not eat there again and won't recommend it...

She always checked in at just the right times without being intrusive, almost as if she was the server of my dreams! Not only did she just check on me, but the other tables around me as well, she is very attentive in her job as she takes care of everyone and makes them feel like they belong there. She is such a sweet girl, if I could, I would pay her a million dollars for this type of service. Maddie made sure my drinks were never empty, and she noticed small details, such as not letting us have a clustered table by clearing plates promptly and anticipating what we might need before we even asked. Her friendly, sweet attitude and professionalism made the dining experience comfortable and enjoyable. I believe Maddie goes above and beyond others to make guests feel valued and well taken care of. I will definitely be back for not only the amazing service, but the amazing food as well. You really never know how much a person's actions can even make the food taste even better! Highly recommend...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was one of the worst dining experiences Iāve ever had. When my family and I walked into Pho Saigon, we werenāt greeted, acknowledged, or seated. We sat at the front for 10 minutes before I finally had to track someone down, only to be told to ājust sit anywhere.ā
Once we finally sat down, things didnāt get any better. Other people who came in after us were served their food before us, which was frustrating and completely unacceptable. Then, when our food finally arrived, they forgot the sides of herbs for the phoāsomething thatās essential to the dish! I had to get up and ask for them, which felt ridiculous after everything else.
To make matters worse, when I told the cashier about all these issues, his response was a dismissive āoh.ā No apology, no concern, no attempt to make things right. It was like they couldnāt care less about our experience.
This place is a mess. The service is unprofessional, the staff doesnāt seem to care, and the overall experience was just terrible. I wouldnāt recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it unless you want to leave angry and...
