Good tacos. We've had the pastor, asada, chorizo, pollo, and suadero. The chorizo, suadero, and pastor were our favorites. That said, all of them had different seasonings and character. Tacos are small - I would eat 4 typically. They also have 4 different salsas, which is unusual for a taco truck. Our favorite by itself was their take the classic orange habanero style, but with an unusual sweet twist to it. But the best IMHO was to combine the orange one with the green clear tomatillo one. Wife wanted to try this taco truck last night about 815pm while we were out, knew it'd take a min to get over there, long story short, got there 3 mins b4 9pm [when it says they close].. was expecting them to be closed. No sir! Wifey ordered and we went home and ate it! Super good. Super authentic. Super cheap. Just found our new fave taco truck n hoover!
