In the past I've had mildy bad experiences but today took the cake. My aunt and I ordered on different tickets in the same car. She got her food and 2 drinks (she had to ask for) and they asked us to pull up. I didn't get my drinks, but no big deal. I can't believe how wrong I was. Her chicken sandwich was absolutely gross. And the artisian burger she ordered came out chicken. My food looked OK, but I was missing my drinks and one of hers ended up wrong. When we brought this up with the lady who brought our food, she copped an attitude and asked "What do you want me to do about it?" We explained we needed the correct sodas, for the chicken sandwich to be refunded and the burger to be a burger. Apparently, we were asking a lot because she asked us to go INSIDE THE STORE. The manager tried to tell me that I needed to bring in the sodas to be exchanged (I had one in my hand that was going to be "refunded"). I explained that I had not received my sodas and to refund the one I had, especially since it was wrong. She gave me 2 drinks from the drive through. I took one look and could tell that the drinks were wrong. One was very obviously a tea, and I had asked for 2 Dr. Peppers. I ended up filling my own cups. Then I had to explain to her that the chicken in the sandwich tasted like it had gone bad. They tried telling us it was fresh, but I've never taken a bite of chicken that was so sour. I had her refund that, but she didn't seem happy with it. Took them several minutes to fix the burger/chicken mishap, and it really looked like they took the chicken off, added the burgers, and put everything back in the box. Got home, and the fries were stale and cold, my burger was most certainly not made fresh to order and my husband's looked like it had been stepped on.    Read moreI love getting breakfast here in the mornings but they have messed with my usual combo number and now, it doesn't even show the number on the order menu. I have to tell them what the combo is and that's okay. I had one issue one night where I placed a order for a chicken nuggets combo. To be fair, it was kind of late and the delivery truck was there making deliveries. So when I pulled up to the menu to order in the drive thru and placed my simple order, the guy asks me what kind of sauce I wanted. I promptly said "hot mustard." He then tells me that they are all out and that they don't currently have any. I said well the delivery truck is there and making deliveries do they not have any on that delivery? He then got an attitude and said that it would take time for someone to look for the "hot mustard" and to just pick another sauce in a very rude voice. It was obvious that he wasn't going to do it. Okay, now for the reason that I still gave 5 stars.. so I get past the disgruntled and rude young man that takes the money and pull forward to get my food and this outgoing manager at the next window promptly hands me my food with a quickness and I told her about the situation that just happened. She quickly responds to it and gives me several packets of "hot mustard" and she thanks me for letting her know about the situation as this was the third complaint that she had about him that night. I understand that we all have bad days but if you can't be somewhat positive, then that's an obvious sign that maybe you should be finding a different place to work.    Read moreI just left there st 9:00 on Wednesday night. Ordered two simple meals off the menu. The car ahead was held up at the food window. I already paid for mine. So after 20 minutes. I backed up to the money window. Finally the woman in charge got off her personal phone to give me my money back. She did apologize, said She only had a 3 Man crew. So I guess thatâs her( on the phone) the lady ( that took my money) and the lady that walked by the window complaining. I will probably not go back Well a year has gone by. They have a new drive through. I just left the place with 3 granddaughters. We ordered $25 worth of food. They left a 4 piece chicken nuggets out of my order. They decided it was the order window that messed up. But that I would have to go back around the drive through to get it, or leave the babies in the truck and come in. Neither idea was to my satisfaction. I offered to pay. But they refused to listen. I suggested they give me the order or make the teller that messed up pay. But that I needed the order of 4 chicken nuggets without all their hassle. The girl closed the window and ignored me. I left without my order. I called and talked to the manager.
