Milo's Hamburgers — Restaurant in Pell City

This is the first rime that we hve ate at this location and we were looking forward to stopping in Pell City on our way home from South Alabama. Well it was horrible and we will never stop there again. We ordered 4 cheese burgers with no onions and 2 cheese burgers with out onions and sauces. After waiting 12 minutes we were still waiting on our 2 cheese burgres with no sauce and no onions. Our other four burhers had been bagged and sitting on the counter for several minutes. Our cashier told the cook that he was still needing the 2 cheese with no onion and sauce burgers . well we wathces the cook make several more burgers for the drive thru as we still wait for our last 2 burgers. Finally she calls the chasier the burgers were ready. We checked our order and guess what no burgers with out onions and sauces. I went back to the counter and they quickly corrected it . Once I the car we try our burger and the flavor of the meat and sauce was the milos we know and love. It would have been perfect if the buns had not been chewy. Needles to say we wasted the 30 dollars we spend there. Never to return to that...

Each time we have gone to this location the food is not good. yesterday we when through the drive through, the lady said welcome to Milo's and did not give me a chance to tell her my order before she said it again, I then said one minute please and then when I started to order she told me one minute, I surely don't need to have this attitude and it was not that they were busy we were the only ones at the drive thru and no one was inside when we pulled in. We ordered and tried to tell the lady no onions on our Double Thick Cheeseburger and she said this one does not have onions, I did not have the chance to tell her it said it does on the menu, we got home and it had onions, I am so glad that we are not allergic to them. When my son tried to eat it the meat was not fully cooked so he had to throw it in the trash, that is money wasted. The fries were cold and some burnt. We pay good money for the food so could you do a better job of making it better. If I knew how to contact the owner I would the food seems to be getting worse and the service was not that...

We went to the Milo’s in Pell City tonight. We ordered a traditional burger combo and some chicken nuggets. We were the only car when we pulled in. We were asked to pull up and wait on our order. We waited so long that I was getting out of the truck when they came out with our food. We got her me and the hamburger meat wasn’t cooked. If it had been a steak it would have been rare. I called the Milo’s and asked to speak with a manager. I explained the situation and was told that they were busy and understaffed. I was not happy with this answer and all. I saw six people when I was at the drive through window. Even if they had been busy and understaffed there is no excuse for not properly cooking their food. We won’t be going back to Milo’s in Pell...
