Litchi Delights recently hosted my mom's birthday party, and they made it an unforgettable experience! From the moment of contacting them to host this private event, the staff was warm and welcoming, making sure every detail was perfect. They went the extra mile by accommodating special order dishes for me and my family, catering to our specific tastes and dietary preferences.

The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was made with care and bursting with flavor. It was clear they put a lot of thought into creating a personalized menu that suited our celebration. The place was FANTASTIC. We had sushi, a poké bowl, and boba tea. Everything was amazing, the sushi was especially good.

I unfortunately don't have images since everything was so good that I forgot to take pictures, but I did take some sushi with me so I attached the picture. The sushi was very fresh and well prepared. We got a Crunchy Salmon Roll, Dragon Roll, and a Shrimp Tempura Roll.

The boba was delicious and not overly sweet, it was perfectly balanced. Lots of options for tea and toppings.

The atmosphere was great, very vibrant and interesting. Love the Gundam shelf. Notes everywhere and you can leave a note behind. The best part was the staff and the owner (?) were extremely friendly and accommodating. Nicest people I've run into in South Florida.

I want to let the people in Pembroke pines, Cooper city and Miramar, that Litchi delights, is AMAZING. We were organizing a surprise lunch party, and went to Litchi, spoke with one of owners( Sean), asked him if they could arrange a Sushi Boat (sushi platter), since it doesn't appeared in their menu, and he said Yes, showed me some pictures, and Litchi made the most splendid Sushi/Nigiri Boat. Simply impressive, beautiful, and tasty. Besides, we ordered tuna salad, shrimp salad, shrimp gyoza. Edamame, and they were kind enough to also give us in the house some spring rolls. All the people at our office party loved their delicious food, the presentation, the people at Litchi really went up and beyond. THANK YOU LITCHI DELIGHTS, YOU DESERVE ALL THE GOOD COMPLIMENTS WE LOVE YOU.
