I was excited for this place to open, unfortunately, it wasn't worth the wait. The food is ok. Sub par. The customer service is the deal killer. I have gone a dozen times. Last time I ordered TO GO, and got my daughter a Boba. When we received the order and noticed her drink did not have any Boba in it. That was the entire reason we ordered it for her. I called to complain, and the guy said next time you order ask for me and I will comp the drink. Fine. Today I called and said we are in the area and would like to come in for the drink, is he working? I was told "he is not here, but just come in and we wont charge you". Ok, we go, and they charged me! Said oh well I didn't charge you for the Boba, we are supposed to charge for that. I said, that is not what you said on the phone. I was told I would not be charged. I paid $7 for a drink that she didn't drink because it was not what she wanted or ordered and was told next one is free. I called you, and you said come in and it will be free. Now you are charging me? What kind of customer service is that?! Also, last time I placed the To Go order, I sat on hold for 12 minutes. I drove there. Walked in. Waited in line. Got to the register and showed the guy the phone. I said I have been on hold for +12 minutes. You should probably answer your phone. P.S. the place was empty. He simply forgot. Or didn't care. Customer Service matters. Without customers you don't have a business. So your staff should CARE about the customers that bring their business in. I have had too many bad interactions for mediocre sushi to return. I will go to RA up the street for sushi. Worth the drive to be treated better, and get better food, and...
Read moreAbsolute terrible service...first they are constantly limiting the online menu for which I have had to call and ask why I can't see certain items...I would call to place orders before and they would suggest ordering online!?!?..smh.....secondly...the wait time...it is always longer than what they tell you it will be,whether you order online, on phone or order in person...V-Day wanted to place large order online...guess what? yup....no sushi items available to order...ride over there to place order and told some items not available today...ok..still place order, about $100 worth of food...I ask how long...cashier says 40 min...because of my previous experiences I give them 55min to an 1hr...walk in no one addresses me even though I am clearly there to pick up order...finally a lady that I guess was making Sushi comes to put another order down, ask me if I am picking up...I show her my receipts...guess what? You got it...my order AGAIN is not there/not ready...so they tell me hold on and proceeds to start my order well over an hour from when I ordered...who apologized? NO ONE....who explained? NO ONE until I asked why my order wasn't ready and was told it was given to someone else they think?!?!...Why are you asking for my name for the order and assigning order numbers if you can't keep that straight!?!? The only time a manager has come over and apologized the multiple times it's happened is when it happened the 1st time and it was an instore order around the time they first opened and the explanation...soft opening...we will address?!?! REALLY...SUCKS cause my family likes the items we normally order...will have to look for another spot...I would give no...

We made our way to the car succeeding a long day of work and classes. As we packed the car we were eager to try what had meant to be a plan for an earlier more unsuccessful date. The traffic was horrendous but didn't weigh in to the wild ride our taste buds were gonna go for. We waited to grab a menu because the seating was limited due to the pandemic that sweeped the world. Placing our order it was time.
There it was, the decision of a lifetime.... General tso's chicken or the pao pao chicken on a bed of buttery creamy ramen noodles.
The decision was made and the time felt endless as we waited for the big surprise. As our food was delivered safely (and clean) we opened the sushi roll and to our surprise, it was gone due to the hunger we suffered. As we each opened our bowl, the smells danced through our noses.
"BY ODINS RAVEN!" I exclaimed as the noodles and chicken met my tongue. It was like the flavors were dancing the conga and I was the lead! The buttery goodness of the noodles met the spicy yet subtle sweet goodness of chicken, the bowl was gone in minutes. If you wait any longer to have this pao pao chicken, I beg of you to try it once. You will not regret it. It will change your view of this place. It will make angels cry from the heavens and the valkyries will carry you into Valhalla where you will be in glee. Also I was...
