I am thrilled to write a review for Andres Castano, the Sales Manager at Charles F. Dodge City Center Pembroke Pines, for providing me with an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, Andres went above and beyond to ensure that my attendance at the event was seamless and enjoyable.
To begin with, Andres was extremely helpful in providing me with all the necessary information regarding the event, including the schedule, parking options, and the various activities that were planned. He was always available to answer any questions I had and provided me with clear and concise information that made it easy for me to plan my day.
Upon arriving at the event, I was greeted by Andres, who was friendly, courteous, and professional. He took the time to introduce me to the other staff members and made sure that I felt welcome and comfortable. Throughout the event, Andres checked in with me regularly to ensure that I was having a great time and that all my needs were met.
Andres went above and beyond in making my attendance at the event an experience of a lifetime. He arranged for me to meet some of the performers and provided me with VIP access to some of the best seats in the house. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that I had a fantastic time were truly exceptional.

Read moreThere was a lot of available parking, the installations were very clean, big space, good food deals. And clearly the responsiveness to this review was impressive; the attentiveness towards the community does deserve the 5 stars.
Thank you for reassuring my family the importance of being part of a diverse and inclusive community.

Went today to South Florida Home Show and was exceptionally disappointed by a "sales rep" for @superiorsleepexperience who fully discriminated my mother as she approached him to ask questions. Without moving and barely looking up from his phone asked her to go to the website. Did not even offer to try out the mattress or engage in any type of conversation. I felt dearly for my mother as she was extremely excited to visit this booth and had patiently waited for the gentleman to finish assisting another couple before she approached the booth. When I asked him for a business card and full name, only then he offered to answer questions after he had laughed at me and complained he had a long day and had to dismantle the booth. What a way to have someone belittle you, right as I was walking away then the Mr. assisted...
Read moreWas excited about hearing about this new venue, however, the seating is horrible. Doesn't matter where you sit, because of the height between rows isn't high enough, you will be blocked by anyone in front of you. The seating is unfortunately not fixed seating but rather a roll out system, therefore, with people standing and dancing, this system was swaying and moving constantly. I did not feel at all safe, especially sitting by the railings, that we had to leave prior to the finale. The staff also needs to be informed that they are there to assist and work at the venue and not there to be a spectator. One lady in particular decided she would just stand in the middle of the orchestra seating stairs and when we inquired about our seating she just pointed and said you have to look for yourself but didn't move. Once the concert started, she continued to just stand there and act more like a participant than a worker. I had to ask one of her co-workers to have her move because she was blocking our view! Too bad, really thought this venue would have potential, however, with the inadequate seating issues and staff issues, I don't see a lot of...
