The Frank is a two story art gallery in the Pembroke Pines City Center. It opened on April 27, 2017 and it is named after Pembroke Pines mayor Frank C. Ortis in honor of his decades long commitment to the cultural arts. The center is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 to 5. In addition to presenting free art exhibitions, the Frank offers lectures, art classes and workshops, field trips, and guided gallery tours.

There is capacity for potentially more attractive exhibits as they do change during the year. This was a short visit as there was not much to see.
