Smh... my fiancee and his family have been coming here for years since he was just a child and he has never had a complaint. He actually had me coming here a lot up until recently. He there a couple wks ago trying to pay for a smoothie and he pulled out a 100.00 dollar bill, now this dollar bill was straight from the bank but it was older. He went to pay and the owner who was taking his order marked it with a special marker and then looked at thoroughly. She then denied the bill and told him she can only accept newer 100.0p dollar bills. To much dismay he looked at her in shock and couldn't believe what he was hearing. He then went back to his car and pulled out a newer 100.00 dollar bill. She then accepted it. Instead of him being irate he simply said that he was her old customers/ friends son. She then tried to apologize, but the damage has already been done. My message to you all is if you see a person of color trying to pay there tab with a bill that is over 20 dollars you should probably walk to the bank yourselves and get a newer bill, just to be on the safe side. Read moreI walked in at 530 on the dot and the lady behind the counter was so upset I walked it. I offered to leave because I didn’t want to disrupt giving my money to them for a smoothie. Another woman came out and and said no no no it’s ok come in just lock the door so I did. I went and waited in line only to hear them bicker back and forth making me and the 2 customers in front of me very uncomfortable. The lady that was upset initially said “I guess we will just keep working till 6” it really turned me off so I just left. Jamba Juice took my money without all the complaining.
I’m all for supporting local business and this is my only negative review I recall ever giving but as a small business owner I would never do that to a customer. It’s a huge turn off. It’s a shame too because I was really looking forward to the smoothie from them.

Read moreThe smoothies are very good. I'm almost a daily customer and they've been doing great until just recent. I'll remind you that this is a smoothie location where you can come and have a really good refreshment specially being the summer right now. They've decided to open at regular hours and close at 3pm every day. I really don't know how a smoothie business can close so early when we're in the middle of summer and people are getting off work at 4pm or 5pm and want to get a smoothie but can't because it's closed. This should be the most busiest months of the year do to being that it's summer. This business is really good to be closing on early daily. I hope that when the fall comes just a little over a month from now, they won't decide to be open until 9pm like they usually did, because it would really be a backwards business.
