Was just at this McDonald's...Female manager today at 3pm 12/18/22 was great at Handling the situation....male manager in glasses- not so much. A gentleman came in upset that his cheeseburger had no meat. And obviously took a bite of bread, ketchup & cheese. Male manager asked him what the problem was and the gentleman took the top of the bun off and said "notice anything missing" Male manager told him he didn't have to be so dramatic in the way he opened the bun. Really not necessary especially since the gentleman wasn't to that point and didn't need to escalate the situation. The gentleman did say something along the lines of "don't be an a hole & just get my burger" Male manager told him to leave he said no, give me back my money then. Male manager...are you going to apologize for swearing? Customer""no" Male manager then get out! Female manager came up and said she would take care of and she did. Requested the back to make the cheeseburger ASAP. All the while the male manager is giving the customer the stink eye...so more words were said as it escalated because the male manager was acting like a petulant child. The female manager handed him his burger and apologized for the mistake. Customer made ZERO negative comments to her because she wasn't making the situation worse. Male manager waited out side at the exit to continue the drama... and even stood behind the man's truck trying to get run over or something so he could continue to be the victim. The female manager was wonderful with the situation! Male manager has little guy syndrome. My order was wrong I am guessing because everyone was too busy getting in the drama and no way was I going to try to get my order fixed at the 3 ring circus. We haven't been there in months due our food being wrong so much, and decided to try again today....not looking for a dinner and a show when going to get a...
Read moreWorst customer service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant and that's saying something. My mother bought me lunch while I was at work and when she got to my work place, I clocked out and went to go eat with her when we found I had everything in my chicken nugget meal, except for the chicken nuggets. My mom called and asked if there was something they could do for us. Unfortunately she couldnt go back and grab it at that time because I had already clocked out and she couldnt be back in time for me to eat. The person on the phone told my mother if she gave him her name and someone came in later, we'd be able to pick up my lunch. I went without lunch and when I got off work I went to go pick it up. I told the manager what had happened and that I was there to pick up the order they had not given me previously. She looked in their "book" and said the manager who was on duty earlier had just left and no one had mentioned or written anything down about it therefore she couldn't do anything. The problem wasn't just having my order being messed up and being told two different things, but her attitude was terrible. Not once did she apologize for the mix up or inconvenience and when I asked if there was a way to contact the manager who was there earlier, she very bitterly said "Not now, I'm busy." Then without any other word she turned around and left me at the counter.
You are in the business of customer service. Even if you can't give me my order, at least give me a decent attitude or an apology. I will never...
Read moreI am not a fan of McDonald's food, haven't been for years. My kids however, enjoy it every now and then. Any time that I have frequented, and it doesn't matter which McDonald's I go to, the order is never correct. Today they forgot to give my daughter her fries. Which okay, we were eating in, so wasn't a huge issue for me to go up to the counter to make them aware. When I let the person at the counter know, they gave me a look of disbelief, as if I were lying. Held the receipt up and let them know, once again, that she had not gotten her fries. Got that taken care of, however, that was just a tiny blip in our trip compared to what was in her chicken nugget. She had taken a bite and immediately grabbed a napkin to dispose of that bite. I asked what was wrong and she held up the nugget and pulled out a long (about 6 inches) piece of light colored hair. I was absolutely disgusted and before I could even utter any words, she let it drop to the floor. Having both of my girls with me, I didn't want to initiate any kind of confrontation. At that point I was in no mood for dirty looks or smart remarks. I was extremely displeased with the entire ordeal. Needless to say, my daughter didn't eat anything else after that and I don't blame her. Wasted food. Wasted money. I am done with McDonald's and will never...
