Iโve ordered from the ninth Avenue store more than I can count. Each and every time our order has been correct with the exception of about three orders here and there (which when I called to let them know they were always nice about it and offered me a free meal each and every time or discount) . I absolutely love dominoes and especially the one on ninth Avenue. Today I ordered my regular order which consist of a specialty pizza, a pasta Primavera, and a chicken Caesar salad for my fiancรฉe and I to share . Also I ordered very early in the morning around 10:25 AM. Just after they had opened. I put my phone down after ordering it and I kid you not within the next 30 minutes they were at my door. I wonโt lie I was a little bit hesitant considering the fact that it came so quickly I thought maybe my order wouldโve been incorrect or maybe a little cold or something of that nature but I was completely wrong. My order didnโt just arrive correct it arrived in exceptional time as well as with great customer service from our delivery driver. Our delivery driver Lewis was an absolute gentleman. And it doesnโt just stop there. When I opened up the boxes to all three of my orders, not only were they correct but they were hot & fresh & beautifully decorated. and they had no grease splatter at the bottom of the box nor did any of the melted cheese stick to the top of the box. Therefore indicating it was delivered safely and respectfully. So I immediately called the store to give them my compliments to those who made the order as well as the general manager. The managers name, โGuyโ was also very very polite. He also even gave me a coupon off my next order just for giving him the feedback. I always order from the store and Iโve only had maybe three mess ups the entire time Iโve been ordering there over the past year. They run a wonderful business and the workers there know exactly how to treat customers. I will definitely be continuing to order from this dominoes only. Exceptional service exceptional food and wonderful delivery time! Whatever type of management they have there is absolutely working. Thank you so much Lewis & guy!and thank you so much guy for offering such a great service as well as food. I will see yโall soon...

After waiting for 30-60 minutes beyond the published delivery time for a delivery, which I finally went to the location to pick up the order, (which included the delivery fee in the total cost). Tonight I went to the store for an order pickup, I chose to not elect the car delivery, so I pulled up to the pick up window and waited about 5+ minutes and the car ahead of me at the window never moved. When I went in to pick up the order I discovered when questioned, that the individuals in the car had placed an order and had been waiting for the order, as at least 3 cars waited in line hoping to receive the order that had been placed. If McDonalds, Wendy's, and Sonny's can ask customers to pull over and bring the order to the car when it is ready so others may proceed in the pick up process, why can't Domino's provide this level of service. Since Domino's offers car delivery this concept cannot be far outside the scope of the business model. I went inside to pick the order up and when I asked about the wait in the drive-thru line I got quite a bit of attitude from the team member attempting to provide customer service. The attitude was in my mind disrespectful and not what I would refer to as superior customer service. Upon arrival at home the pizza was dry, crust hard, and was not what I would call a satisfying experience, if the sauce and cheese had been placed on the cardboard box it would have been the same. The gentleman I interacted in the store with informed me the my wait in the drive-thru line would not result in a cold pie, but the process did dry the pie to what I consider to be unacceptable. Customer service is a lost concept in many areas of the business community and my experience tonight demonstrated this trend. I will not be a bother to anyone at the Domino's store on 9th Avenue anymore, life is too short, so I will chose to obtain any pies from other establishments, gone are the days of the pizza pie from great mom and pop stores like...

My wife and I usually order from here and are usually pretty satisfied but idk if the managers just stopped giving a d*mn about their customers or if they all just decided to schedule all of the pot smokers together every night because the last 4 experiences have been not good. The first bad experience my wife and I ordered our usual order and they delivered me the wrong sandwich and gave my wife a pasta breadbowl when we ordered a dish. The 2nd experience they did not bring us our drinks or desert and when the delivery drivers said he would bring it back, guess what, he never did. The 3rd experience my wife ordered her pasta dish with no onions and mushrooms and guess what she got a while can of...you guessed it, mushrooms and onions. Now this 4th experience, and probably the end of our service with Dominos, my wife ordered her pasta dish with no onions or mushrooms (in which I guess the guy who puts the food in the oven) decided "well she meant she really wants them" and loaded it down with mushrooms and onions AGAIN and if that wasn't the topping on the cake this is, they delivered our sandwiches (which were boxed separately) were literally dripping in grease. I drenched 2 bounty paper towels in the grease the sandwiches were bathing in...I am truly disappointed and we will not do business with this...
