The best restaurant in the mall with the absolute worst customer service. The lady at the cash register, when I say that she acts like she hates her job, the customers, LIFE- it would be an UNDERSTATEMENT. I frequent that spot quite a lot and use their app, so I have credits saved up but a few days ago, they gave me a credit of $5 so I ordered my food online, like I always do and pick it up. I went inside and showed her my order number and AS USUAL the cashier had a nasty attitude and she also gave me the WRONG order. It was my daughter's order. She proceeded to tell me that they didn't have my order, when I ordered my food WAAAAY before my daughter ordered hers. They swore up and down that they didn't get my order but according to the online customer service rep and my debit card, they got my order. This isn't the first time that they have given my food to the wrong person. A while back, one of my daughters saw them give a guy HER food and he bought it back and they tried to give it to her, even though he didn't make it out the mall. The cook wanna sit there and call me a liar but what he didn't know, I was on the phone with customer service and they told me that they DID get my order because they acknowledged they did on their computer🤨. The fact that they tried to make me look like I was lying in front of all them people is WHY lm giving this review. It'll be awhile before I ever order from that location. Read moreWe ordered the beef over noodles with vegetables. The food was fresh and delicious. Unfortunately the service was poor. The woman taking the orders was very rude and impolite. I had to tell her three times what I wanted to order because she refused to talk to me. I don't know if she only spoke Japanese, but she has no business taking order if she cannot speak fluent English, or if she has an attitude problem. Either way, I didn't know if she understood me, and it was frustrating placing our orders.
Also,. she automatically gave us the giant sized fountain drinks at a higher cost, which we didn't want. By default they should give you a regular size drink. She should have first asked if we wanted giant sized drinks (which we didn't). It's just a greedy way for them to make more money by giving you the biggest size available without bothering to ask your preference. That is poor service and unethical.
Although the food was good, we will be eating elsewhere in the future where customers are treated...

But I'm also noticing that you guys are asking me more than often if I want double meet for two dollars extra. And at this point Double meat is probably the same as one portion before you guys started being skimpy with some meat. And please don't gaslight me and say that I really just want double meat because I've never ordered double meat and I've never had this problem where there is barely any meat but a fountain of rice. You guys are getting skimpy on the rice too. I honestly rather you raise the prices by a dollar or something, then me paying for one thing and getting another.
