I ordered a slushy and a blast online on March 6th at 11:15pm. I arrived at 11:25pm. When I arrived they were busy and only 2 people working. I parked at a stall and push the button to let them know I'm there but nobody answered and they just turned the button off. I caught the worker as she came out to deliver someone's food and let her know that arrived for my online order. At 11:55 she comes out and gives me a bullshit story about how she is unable to make either one of my drinks because BOTH of the machines are not working. When I asked about getting my money back she told me to call the 800 number to get the refund. REALLY? Needless to say, I will never again place an online order with Sonic. IF both of the machines REALLY were broke, she could have told me when I arrived and I would still had time to go to another store before they closed but instead she made me sit and wait for 30 minutes. I granddaughter went back early the next morning and was told that both machines are fine and were not broken after all. Someone lazy needs to find a different job.

No errors were made. Service today was very fast. The emoyee was pleasant and polite. Now the bad. I had to go to four different stalls before I found one that was working or had an operational credit card machine. They were also out of large size cups for the Sonic blast I wanted and had to settle for a medium. As someone who is working nearly twenty hours today, having that large size blast was something I was looking forward to. Supply chain issues and what have you are a thing, the not working stalls though is annoying. Having to pull in a stall, then leave three times before finding one that works as I needed isn't good optics. Update, added new photo, now getting short changed on fries and shake. Disappointed.

The food was okay, they did not want to honor their Thursday special with the buy one get one free footlong hot dogs by mentioning the promo code "CONEY"... Even though it clearly says that on the website all you have to do is mention the deal so for that I'm going to deduct most of their points since it was a pain to do it online when all we should have had to do was just mention it while sitting at the drive-thru. It wasn't the workers fault but it cost them their tip! Definitely needs to be brought to the attention of the manager... If the website says you can do it then you should be allowed to do that! If not they need to correct the website and they need to take that up with Sonic corporate... Just kind of sounds like a control freak in charge with a little authority. Just my opinion.

Speaking entirely on behalf of my partner who is a very patient and kind person. He was door dashing an order (which is already a terrible job to work because of door dash’s horrible policies and customers and fast food workers like the ones here) He waited 30 minutes to pick up a normal order and everyone else received their food first somehow, even though it was already “ready”. When he FINALLY had someone come to him, the girl gave him a total of $11 and some change. He immediately said “I’m picking up for door dash.” She snapped and said “I know, IT’S $11.” He repeated again, “I’m picking up for door dash, I am not paying for anything”. She got even more attitude and said “I wasn’t talking to you. I was talking through the headset to the person in the drive thru”.

First of all, you don’t speak to a customer or door dasher that way. You apologize for the confusion and move on. She spoke to HIM and directly said his “total”. There was NO one in the drive thru at that time, so she was blatantly lying. She approached him and gave him a total, of course he would assume she was talking to him. That’s what you DO for the customer. Handle your “drive thru” order first before literally approaching the person next in line with a price total.

In addition, when she finally handed him the RIGHT order, she laughed at him and he finally snapped and called her a big ol’ b word, which was 100000% warranted at this point. I was on the phone the entire time and heard everything. Had I been there in person, it would’ve been more than a bad review.

Sonic is far too lenient with slow and disrespectful employees. I have been a manager and worked in fast food, you have no excuse to treat customers as such just because you’re having a “bad day.” Management needs to check and/or fire whatever girls were working at 11pm on Friday the 12th of April. I am not one to write a review, especially a bad one. But last Sunday me and two of my girlfriends went here to get slushes on the patio. We waited for about 20 minutes for them to finally answer us, we told them we had three orders and after the first order they just hang up! So it took another 15 minutes to get the one slush and we ask the girl if she could ring us up for the other two drinks we wanted because it’s just drinks! She goes on to tell us… do you want to just come back tomorrow, your drink doesn’t even have the boba in it…. Like wow not only did she turn away business BUT! the guy that took our order didn’t even bother to tell us that we weren’t going to get what we wanted and just tried to pass it off like everything was in there…. Plus there was this really nice customer that was waiting on the patio with us and when he didn’t hear the speaker go off, the lady that was on the headset poked her head outside and proceeded to YELL at this poor man and then told him, you just missed your chance, now you have to wait in line again. He did and then she STILL had to take his order outside because there was a communication problem with the speaker.

I worked at sonic for Four years before, never in my life would I have EVER treated someone the way that they treated us and that poor young man. Y’all need to get someone in there ASAP, because you are going to lose this store like you lost the...

Always a good experience and consistent customer service and food. I will say that I once came by and tried to order around 10:30pm and they were not serving anyone else as they were closing early. Edit: I made this review a while ago and since then I've been going to eat there more during the day since I quit my early morning job. Well, recently they have gotten our orders wrong, take a long time for a small order when there's only 2 other cars in the parking lot, never smile or have any emotion in their voice, never make eye contact, and everyone just genuinely seem to hate their jobs. It's not a pleasant thing to deal with when you're a regular and are used to being treated decently. But it's pretty clear that the opening manager cares a LOT less than their closing manager. I love the closers. They remember us and smile and talk and ask if we need anything else. They don't slap half my shake on the side of the cup and still hand it to me like they didn't see it. That's why I tip who deserves it and not everyone who serves me. Once a girl even set my order down on the opposite side of the table from me and immediately turned and walked away without any expression. I've had her a lot since then and she's always the same. No smile or greeting or anything. I just guess I'll have to avoid coming in the morning as much...
