Food wasn't really warm,the popcorn shrimp stayed empty and the little bit that was in there was dried out,I wanted nachos first round there weren't any chips so I figured let me just eat and then go check still wasn't any so fixed more food after eating eating checked still empty so spoke to employee who went and cooked a little bit...the jalapeños were gone I asked employee for some I literally waited about 15 mins for them because she couldn't get it opened with the can opener ,instead of requesting help because a customer is waiting she kept trying till eventually her coworker offered assistance the rice tasted like water....the fried chicken is amazing the fish too...I called next day spoke to a manager on Oct 2 and she said she was sorry and would send passes never received on the 8th I called I was told to give time called again a few days later no answer then I finally got through spoke to Mike who spoke to her and she claimed she didn't send off the day she said because no stamp that she sent it off later so on the 16th I called still no passes and she was on vacation mike spoke to me and got another manager named Mrs Laura who was gonna send passes I told her no ma'am I never received the first ones I need to pick them up she let me know they do that but she made an accepting because this was stemming from Oct 2nd now Oct 16 ...lol when I arrived and used the passes same day she said to me when the passes come I can still use them ...lol an insult because I'm local mail doesn't take that long and m definitely not going to lie about some passes ....I decided to file a complaint with corporate on the manager because why lie she clearly never sent anything and lied twice that's bad business and unprofessional......I thank Mrs Laura who was very kind and helped but I feel the manager who deliberately lied needs to be delt with....oh yeah not to mention our waitress took over 30 mins to get a spoon my grandsons dessert started melting so my daughter went to go grab a spoon her self but was helped by another waitress...the waitress did finally come but was too late and oh yeah womens...
Read moreYou wanted more details about our visit, Well to begin with, our server was very courteous, keep our drinks full, and very apologetic for things out of her control, I was going to mention her name, but since forgotten and im sorry for that, Now on to important things, I can only compare to GC in Pensacola, As far as cleanliness, the bathrooms were completely trashed, nothing a broom, mop and washcloth for counters, couldn't have fixed in 10 minutes or less, Just a little attention would have made a world of difference, now, we will move to the food department, Now most things ,are interchangeable, but I came specifically with my mouth thinking I was going to have the best salad, i was so excited, Then I was very disappointed to find out there was NO CHEESE of any type in the whole building, Not many people enjoy a salad with no cheese, No shredder ,yellow or mozzarella , no cubes, no sign before 4 of us paid over 80 dollars to eat at your establishment, We normally eat at Pensacola, but we came to mobile to look at a rescue puppy, and thought it's always a winner.. no.. very disappointed. Now on to fried chicken, or the fact the wait time was 20 minutes, on something alot of people eat. The mac and cheese tasted like water was added to cheese sauce, or accidentally got in the bowl,, Now the baked beans and mashed potatoes and gravy was excellent, but would have been cold if I had to wait on chicken, like I said service was excellent, But I try to look at things from your point also, But before my health went down hill, I was the general manager at some local Restaurants, so, i know. If it's missing, find something similar if possible, but no excuse for the bathrooms, or just keeping bar wiped down to remove food that someone might have dropped by accident, or children got to many topping for their ice-cream, i wish you the best , you can't please everyone all the time,, but it's so interesting and fun trying to be the best ,Thank you for taking the time...

I am moving my mother who is 84 years old, almost totally blind, and is very mobility impaired from Pensacola to Minnesota to be closer to her in her final years. I have a slight mobility impairment plus breathing issues and a very bad back. Upon getting seated I asked the server to help her through the food line. She looked at me and asked why I couldn't help her. Admittedly, they were busy and apparently she was the only one in her section but begrudgingly helped my mom. Halfway through the line she left my mom standing there while she went back and helped other customers then finally went back and helped mom through the rest of the line. While she was doing that, another server came to me and said "she really don't have time for things like this". Then to put the final insult to injury, I asked another female server if, when we were ready to leave she would help my mom into the ladies room. Although this one said sure, Server #1 came back and said that her manager said when mom was ready they would close off the men's room so I could take her in there. But when I did that THET DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THAT AND TWO MEN CAME IN WHILE I WAS HELPING MY MOM!!!!
