Pacific Kava Bar — Restaurant in Pensacola

First, the vibes and decor at this place are immaculate so much so that I wish I could selfishly gatekeep this location. However, this place deserves all the recognition they can get! You know who else deserves the spotlight? The wonderful staff that is! They always greet you with a warm smile and a kind hello (bonus: they make great efforts to remember your name, so you actually feel noticed and cherished as a customer). So far, I have tried their teas and their blended Kava drinks, and they are phenomenal! Worth every penny and worth every sip! Additionally, they offer Kratom, but I haven't quite gone down that path. Really, if some of these terms I'm throwing out there are unfamiliar to you, don't fret, come on through and ask the wonderful baristas to enlighten you with their vast knowledge of such products. Beyond that, this place is great for studying, socializing (especially after drinking some Kava, he-he), and simply getting away from all the noise from the busied and hurried outside world! There was a time in my life when I was but a wanderer, as if lost amongst the reeds and weeds of this mundane material existence. In truth I had abandoned my body to the fallacy of form while my soul stretched singularly pointed toward sublime surrender. As I reached out mine finger into the depths of the void, I felt the lightning strike of the divine touch back and say, "Go forth and plant seeds of love into your mother world." So I hopped back into the saddle on my sapien incarnation and struck out, seeking genuine community and the comfort of a loose leaf tea. Low and behold, Pacific Kava bar was alive and well in a veritable wasteland of covid closures and mindless merchants. I came in for a beverage and a place to study, but what I find was a vibrant cast of beautiful beings welcoming me home as if we were long lost family finally reunited after being strewn like star dust cascaded across the cosmos. In terms of drink options, Pacific Kava has a simple menu with some variety on the type of beverage.

Atmosphere: The space is hidden in a plaza, so I had not seen it before! The space has an open concept in the front with seating in the back. It’s a laid back kind of vibe here. Service: The girl who was working the day I was there was very kind and open as well as answered all of my questions. She’s worked there for some time now and is knowledgeable of the menu! Menu items: The drink options portion of the menu that I looked at has coffees, smoothies, teas, and frappes! I got an iced lemon ginger tea and a chai latte with vanilla + coconut add-ons. I’ve been making my rounds through the coffee shops in Pensacola and can honestly say that this is the best chai I’ve had in the area!
