China Foot Massage — Local services in Ferry Pass

I came for a 30 minute massage and the moment I walked in the 2 people working there began arguing in front of me of who will do my massage. Later, the woman took me to the back and set up the massage bed and left me in the room with no instructions. Once the massage began, she used her elbows the whole massage and was really rough and uncoordinated. The whole massage I felt tensed and uncomfortable. When I went to go pay I only had cash and I was expecting my change and she responded thanks. I was going to give her a 50% tip in cash and I asked her to break my $20 and she rudely gave me back $10 and slammed the money on the counter upset because I did not tip 100% or the equivalent to what I paid. This morning I woke up with really bad upper back pain and feel bruised. This is not my first massage but this will be my only time coming here. I do not expect to come back. This particular day, I only had cash on me b/c I came straight off duty and left my credit & debit cards in my military uniform. Their response was to ask me if that was all I was going to tip…as if I haven’t been tipping sufficiently for years. She slammed my cash in the register, rolled her eyes and went back to playing on her phone. When I asked for my receipt, she ignored me. When I thanked her for the service, she ignored me. When I told her to to have a nice day, she ignored me.
