After a long day at work, I walked on from on my way home from work to order 2 sliders and a large cheese stick. The only person in sight when I walked in was the employee working the drive thru. He politely took my order. More customers came in after me and the employee that was supposed to be working front counter had his visor on backwards, and kepted doing whatever he was doing instead of taking care of his dining room customers. My cheese sticks were done and the drive thru employee pulled them up and left them there to take another front counter order which was fine. About 5 minutes later, my cheese sticks were still sitting there now getting cold. (So everyone knows, the fry station was already shut down with lights off) So I politely asked the drive thru employee to drop me fresh ones because now those ones are cold. Without hesitation, he went and dropped me some. As he was dropping those, the manager finally gets out of the restroom, looks at the drive thru employee and asked him why he was dropping more. He told him because I asked him to and the manager looked at him and said no, give her those. I then said to the manager, no your not because those are cold. He literally said those just came up. I told him yeah, almost ten minutes ago so now they are cold. In the meantime, my 2 sliders have been sitting inside the bag on the cold counter. So Itold the manager that I would like fresh sandwiches now because now those are cold. He turns around with an attitude and says do you want your money back? I told him no I want my food! I told him that Iused to be a shift manager at Arby's years ago so you can't fool me. I told him I hope he likes his job because he'snot going to have it for very long. I told him he was messing with the wrong chick and that I was going to call corporate in the morning. 20 minutes later just for 2 small sliders and a large cheese stick, the manager slides the bag over the counter and says here. I asked him if the marinara sauce was in there. He looked at me and shook his head yes. I looked in the bag and there was none. I looked at him and said no there's not and asked him for some. He stares at me for a minute, rolled his eyes and finally turned around and grabbed me some. I said thank you. I'm on the phone with my husband and as I'm walking out, the manager yell wooooo, thank you for coming to Arbys. My husband heard that over the phone and he couldn't believe it either. I will NEVER BE BACK! YOU DON'T TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH NO RESPECT AND SIT THERE AND START AN ARGUMENT WITH THEM!!!!!!! THERR WAS NO RECEIPT IN THE...
Read moreSo I live close enough to walk to this Arby's. Got there right at 10pm. One worker saw me walking across the parking lot and went over locking the door. The dining area is apparently closed at 10pm. Okay. No biggie, then they tell me to go through the drive thru. But they don't serve guests not in a vehicle. 🤔. So I ask if I can just order with them and take it to go. Nope! Had to download Arby's app, place order, but pickup in Drive thru?! Finally got them to agree to just hand it to me out the door. They didn't have the cherry turnover, It happens. Okay, can I get a refund? NOPE. gotta go through app for that. Can you replace with the new orange cream shake, NOPE, wanna cookie or more fries? So opted for the cookie. Still, not mad. But then I'm waiting and waiting and still waiting. Finally got my food over 20 minutes later. The staff was polite, but seemed a little confused on what to do. Guessing not many people walk up that late at night. ( first time for me in 10 years) but then they hand me a bag without handles knowing I'm walking home with my meal. ( I saw plastic bags with handles thru the window, maybe I'm over thinking, but come on. Seems like a no brainer to me ) Thankfully my Mom ALWAYS taught me to be prepared, I had a folded up tote bag in my purse. I get home 5 minutes later. Check out the attached pictures of what my $12 Wagyu Burger looked like. It was flavorful, the first half anyway. The second half was too soggy to eat. So presentation is zero, flavor 4/5. ...
Read moreIt's very unfortunate that the employees here don't like people. But this is not the only Arby's and definitely not the worst. Don't be fooled by the 1/2 pound roast beef. I ordered 2 and one had 6.3oz of meet and the other had 5.6oz. YES, I got my scale out cause it just didn't seem like that much meat. It wasn't even 1/2 pound including the bun and wrapper (1.3oz). It's fine, it was enough, but don't advertise 1/2# and barely be over 1/4#. Once you take off the scorched pieces and throw away the soggy nasty bun, it's a 1/4# of good tasting meat. The fry's you buy at the store and cook in an air fryer are better than fries here. They used to be so good, but we stopped ordering them years ago because they are always disgusting here. It's a shame, they were my favorite. They are pretty rude about coupons, or specials. They used to be really great with specials, but now, they are just flat out rude and say "uh, we haven't had that in years" or "I never heard of that one". Apparently the stores hate the app and tell people there is nothing they can do and they don't control what's on the app. Someone interrupted the guy who was being rude and tried to smooth it over, but that just seemed to make him more mad. We will have to find yet another Arby's and hope they are like they used to be. There is also no consistency between stores, sizes, prices, food may vary...and the website isn't...
