I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Red Robin located at 16233 N 83rd Ave, Peoria, AZ 85382, near the intersection of 83rd Avenue and Bell Road. This experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I feel compelled to share the myriad aspects that made this visit memorable.

Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior boasts a modern yet cozy design, with comfortable seating arrangements that cater to both small and large groups. The lighting is perfectly balanced, creating an ambiance that is both lively and intimate. The cleanliness of the establishment was impeccable, with staff members diligently maintaining the dining area throughout my visit.
Service:
The service at this Red Robin location was exemplary. From the moment I was greeted at the door, the staff exhibited a level of professionalism and friendliness that enhanced the overall dining experience. My server was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that my needs were met promptly. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offering insightful recommendations and answering any questions I had with enthusiasm.
Menu and Food Quality:
Red Robin is renowned for its extensive menu, and this location certainly lived up to that reputation. The variety of gourmet burgers is impressive, catering to a wide range of palates. I opted for the Whiskey River® BBQ Burger, a delightful combination of flavors featuring their signature Whiskey River® BBQ Sauce, crispy onion straws, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. The burger was cooked to perfection, with the savory BBQ sauce complementing the juicy patty beautifully.
In addition to the burger, I indulged in their Bottomless Steak Fries®, which were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The concept of bottomless sides is a fantastic value addition, allowing guests to enjoy unlimited refills of their favorite accompaniments.
For dessert, I treated myself to the Mountain High Mudd Pie, a towering slice of heaven featuring layers of chocolate and vanilla ice cream mixed with Oreo cookies, fudge, and caramel on a chocolate cookie crust. It was a decadent end to an already satisfying meal.
Beverages:
The beverage selection is equally impressive, with a range of options from soft drinks to handcrafted cocktails. I chose the Freckled Lemonade, a refreshing blend of sweet strawberries and tangy Minute Maid Lemonade with bottomless refills. It was the perfect palate cleanser between bites.
Special Features:
One of the standout features of Red Robin is their commitment to providing value to their customers. They offer Red's Daily Deals, including:
-Monster Monday: Add a patty and cheese to any burger for only $2.
-$10 Cheeseburger Tuesday
Cleanliness and Safety:
In today's environment, cleanliness and safety are paramount, and this Red Robin location excels in both areas. The restaurant was spotless, with tables and seating areas thoroughly cleaned between guests. Hand sanitizing stations were conveniently located, and staff members adhered to all recommended safety protocols, providing peace of mind to diners.

Read moreMy family (2 adults, 16yr, 13yr, 3yr, 2yr) went here on Presidents’ day. It was not very busy at 3:00pm. We were seated promptly and given menus only. Our “Waitress” came to our table with an attitude of we were bothering her. She took the order, rolling her eyes when it took the kids a few minutes to tell her their order. There was no offer of bottomless fries or do you want any appetizers. Good thing we all ordered water. She brought all adult sized cups. She returned to the table shortly with a kids hamburger minus the side salad which was for the 3 year old. The 2 year old was not pleased. The ordered items came out piece by piece which I have never seen. Once the adult food came the babies were almost done and getting restless. I asked for silverware and napkins. She brought one set and 3 napkins. Most of the food required silverware. I had to ask other server for more silverware and napkins. We wanted some more bottomless fries to keep the babies occupied while we tried to hurry and eat. Our server was standing with a coworker chatty away and complaining about her job and this place. Even waving she didn’t come. Got yet another server to bring fries and refills of water. When our server came by I called her over and said “This isn’t going very well. Can we have a moment please to tell you what we would like and need to enjoy this meal?” She said”yeah huh whatever” and rolled her eyes put her hand on her hip. She then proceed to walk away mumbling. I said “excuse me. Can you send the manager please?” The manager was a very nice man. He consistently tried to offer a gift card for a small amount so we would come back. I assured him over and over that it wasn’t a gift card we want but to let him know what has happened. Finally he said he would talk with her and brought a $20 gift card anyway. The food was excellent. Best I can remember having here. When you spend $90 on lunch you would expect a little better experience. I know usually the kitchen mess ups get dumped on the server but in this case… Kudos Kitchen, Other servers picking up her slack (which is who we tipped handsomely),...
Read moreCHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT!! Waitress is a thief! Long story short. Took my son here for lunch. Been going to Red Robin for over 20 years. Most of the time service is good and food is almost always good. This lunch was different. Waitress was terrible, almost like she meant to just be terrible to our table because we could see she was doing a good job with other tables. No refills on anything. She never came to our table once throughout our meal. I took this time to explain to my son how tipping works. In this case our bills was ver basic since we each just had a meal and I only drink water. So 15% tip was well over the top. However since the bill was small I gave a 20% tip. We left. A day later my credit card company alerted me about a 70% tip that I left at Red Robin. I called them and they told me the details. I was extremely angry that now not only was our waitress terrible, she actually CHANGED my tip after we left and STOLE from me. I alerted Red Robin corporate right away and the acting GM called me from this location. She said it was impossible for the waitress to change my tip and it must have been a computing error. She offered me a gift card for my inconvenience and said she would request the additional amount refunded to my card. After a week I was refunded but I called the GM about what was discovered with my bill. She advised that the waitress DID IN FACT change my tip amount, but she swears it was an error. I told the GM that this was theft and a crime and this should have been handled better. She said that she spoke with the waitress and that was it. In the end, what I’m saying is always look at your bank statements after the fact when dining here. The manager seems to not care about employee theft. Never received any “gift card” from them. In the end I guess it doesn’t matter since I’ll never go back. I should have called the police and filed a...
