I tried calling the store with my issue but I only get a busy signal. My order was wrong, I ordered the son of the baconator. Unfortunately when I got home and opened my sandwich, it was a single patty with cheese lettuce and tomato on it(i dont even like tomatoes) Disappointing, I should not have to open my food in the drive thru to make sure its correct. Also I accidentally passed the first window for payment. I'm sure this is a common mistake. Instead of just allowing me to go to the next window I had to physically get out of my car and pay the lady at the window. I would not say she was rude. But I never got a thank you or anything. She was trying to clean when we came in but had to stop to help us as none of the other employees bothered to stop talking to each other to help. My brother asked if an item contained gluten, and the manager (rudely) said they aren't allowed to give out that info. The soda/ice machine smelled like mold. There was some type of fluid leaking on the floor by the napkin and condiment station. The men's restroom was disgusting. Read moreThe restrooms were disgustingly filthy!! We couldn't use them because of the unsanitary conditions!! The doors, windows and dining room were dirty too. Very short-staffed, so we weren't acknowledged for several minutes. The manager, Nikki, was doing the bulk of the work and constantly reminding the staff how to perform. We felt very badly for her, especially because of the nightmare-of-a-customer behind us. Nikki diffused his complaints and outbursts very well, while practically babysitting the staff.
