I visit McDonalds infrequently, but when I do, this was the location I would go to until deciding after this visit to not return. In previous visits, I've experienced minor issues, but nothing that kept me from returning until this time. Our visit started as we walked through a cloud of cigarette smoke as the store manager leaned against the corner of the building with her cell phone in one hand, the other pulling the cigarette away from her lips as she exhaled the smoke cloud from her long drag. Once inside, the cashier was friendly and we were helped quickly, but then, we began looking for a table for my two daughters and myself. Since we visited off peak hours, there were only three other people in the restaurant. Despite that, we only had one table to choose from because all of the others were unclean; splattered with spilled soda, smeared condiments, crumpled wrappers, and crumb covered. Once sat, I returned to the counter to pick up our order and I do, but not before waving away the flies that provoked us throughout our meal. We experienced even more flies at the soda counter, but that was expected as it was flooded with spilled soda, ketchup, and overflowing trash bins. Aside from the above, the food tasted like McDonalds is suppose to taste and if the ice machine had ice, our drinks would've been as expected too. Overall, there's a Wendy's down the street or even another McDonald's a few miles away that I recommend over...
Read moreHorrible experience. Infact I used to work there. We went for dinner. Dine in. I have a toddle who is starving. It was us and another family got there right b4 us. They ordered and then it was our turn. So we order. The other family got their food and ate and we still were waiting. 30 minutes for food. We all were standing at the counter. At this point I'm trying not to be rude bc I used to work there when I was younger so I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Finally he comes back over and says "you still get your food" and then processed to tell us it got erased off the screen if they could see my receipt. I give it to him and he does not give me all the food that I paid for. So I ask for the food. It literally took me asking 3 people b4 the last lady I asked gave me my food I was sooo disappointed in the fact that they didn't care that they made us wait over 30 minutes for our food. No apology or anything. They were not busy at the drive thru and we were only people in the restaurant...
Read moreThis is an almost identical post that I posted regarding the Bethel Park McDonald's because the exact same thing has happened at both of these McDonald's and I think the public needs to know about this. Several staff at this McDonald's also do not wear masks fully covering their face, their masks are below their nose and in one case was literally halfway down their mouth and these are the people preparing and serving the food through the window. When I asked the woman employee Why she was not wearing her mask properly she told me she has a doctor's note because of her anxiety and doesn't need to wear a mask fully covering her face because of anxiety. My question is is her anxiety more important than my mortality and why is McDonald's putting people who have a doctor's note in the position in the restaurant of preparing and serving food and drinks. I noted today that McDonald's Corp is requiring all patrons to wear masks to enter their restaurant. I wonder if this changes their requirement for their own staff to wear a...
