If I could leave a zero I would. My son had a baseball tournament this past weekend so after his game 16 of us went to this Chilis to eat. Our table was right next to the kitchen. I saw with my own eyes a young lady employee drop and entire precut cheesecake on the dirty kitchen floor. She then look over when at me laughed and walked way to where I could no longer see her but the cheesecake was still ON THE FLOOR. She came back a minute later and by this time half our table was watching. I expected her to throw it away obviously but then she picked it up and started putting them in plastic to go containers. I was appalled and disgusted so I quietly called over another server and told her what I saw and that they needed to throw all the cheesecake in the trash. She went and told the girl who dropped who then turned to us and yell “why are you even looking in here” then walked off. Meanwhile the cheesecake was still being served. A “manager” named Mark G. came over and before I could even say a word he raised his voice at me and told me “first of all don’t speak to me staff like that”. I was literally shocked that a managers customer service was that way. My husband jumped up and got between us and told the manger we would like his boss number. After 10 mins he came back with the number and apologized but had an attitude the entire time. I ask him if he would like to be served food off the floor and he said no he wouldn’t. To this day I have no clue if the cheesecake was thrown out or served. They have horrible customer service here and even horrible sanitation policies. I have never in my life seen such unprofessional and disgusting restaurant morals. Do...
Read moreI placed a Togo order for a family of 7. We had 4 triple dippers, a kids pizz, a big mouth bites, and a classic bacon burger ketchup and pickles only. We were told 20 minutes for pick up. I waited about 25 minutes before going to get it. I get there and I don't see our food ready. I paid 85 with a tip and asked how much longer before our food was ready. I was told 5 minutes because of all the triple dippers because of all the fried food. I said ok and set a timer on my phone and waited. It was about another 12 minutes before we were brought our food. I asked for my receipt and checked my food. I opened the triple plays and was stunned by how little food is in there. I understand these are smaller portioned apps but it had chicken tenders about the size of baby carrots and 4 of the smallest wings I have ever seen when I asked what was the explaination she said that is what it is. She then said oh I forgot your fries I'll be right back. I went through the rest of the food and every triple play was like the first smallest portions ever and very unappealing. I've been here sitting in the restruant and have had the same thing and was given enough for two people to eat off of. I got out fries a few minutes later and asked again is this really it and was told that that is what it comes with. I said ok and left I will not be going back again as this was a very unsatisfactory experience for what I spent on my food and it still left my...
Read moreDo yourself a favor and go some where else. As a person who use to be in the service industry and now works in customer service. The way this place was being ran was poor. Typically at a place like this if someone wants to sit in the bar area, it's open sitting. There were bar tables that had not been cleaned. The hostess had no hustle in her what so ever and didn't seem to care all that much about helping clear the tables or accommodating people that were waiting. I asked if there was a reason why she was not letting people sit at the bar area (maybe she had just sat some ppl and didn't want to double seat someone)and she said there were ppl ahead of us that she had to sit first, ( as I said before) ppl wanting to sit at the bar and not have to wait for the dining room usually get first priority. I could have understood if there had been a party before us wanting the bar area but that wasn't the case. Anyway I later found out the whole place only had 2 servers and 2 runners, per the waitress who did her best to serve us. But we were not given silverware, and when got them, we had to ask for napkins as well. The whole vibe and energy was off. Chilis needs to better train their employees about customer service and consider paying their workers more so that they show up and...
