I visited Philly last Friday for the weekend to visit a friend. We ordered a 5:30 pickup but purposely came 20 mins later so it would definitely be ready so we could just pick it up and go cause we were just driving through and had nowhere to park. It had to be ready when we came by. Of course it wasn't ready, didn't get my 5:30 pickup until 6:10. My friend who was in the car left a review last week where the owner responded by saying that they threw out the pizza cause we were late because the pizza wouldn't be hot. We didn't care if it was hot, we had a half hour drive after picking it up, it wasn't gonna be hot anyways. The owner then said in a response to my friends comment that we were 40 mins late and that I asked for a full refund. That never happened. I arrived at 5:50 and only said "What do I get for the pizza being 40 minutes late". They only blamed the slice app. They didn't tell me that they had made it then thrown it out. You'd think they'd tell me that in person. Also, why would they not call us to confirm we were coming? To be fair, the owner's staff probably told him we were about 40 minutes late and that I asked for a full refund. Check the cameras for timestamps Jeff. You have a problem with your staff not telling you what...

I was so excited to try this for the first time and honestly the pizza was amazing! I loved it. However my customer service was awful. My server was AM B (that’s what was on the receipt) and I didn’t feel a warm welcome at all. Which sucked because I saw her interact completely nice and sweet with her other customers. I wasn’t greeted, she walked over to me and asked if I “needed something”. Then she proceeded to completely stop all interaction with me all together until I started to grab my coat and hat to leave. She then gave me my check and walked away after I politely said thank you. Throughout the entire time I was eating I was not checked on or anything. I was extremely disappointed because my first impression seeing her interact with everyone else was nice. But when it came to me I was treated poorly and it made feel like I was an inconvenience to her. Overall I did enjoy my pizza but I will definitely order online to go next time because of the service...

My wife and I stopped here for breakfast on our way home. It was pouring rain and there were not many options for places nearby that were open for breakfast and had a parking spot nearby. My wife had the personal cheese pizza. It was fine, not quite good. I saw other pizzas on the menus and some that were in the case- they all looked good, so perhaps she just ordered poorly. I definitely ordered poorly and got the breakfast burrito... at a pizza place. They did not have beans, so they offered to substitute any pizza topping; I chose sausage. The first bite of the burrito was pretty good, but as I ate more of it I liked it less and less. The "pico de gallo" they put in it had pineapple, for some reason, and was a little too heavy on the red onion. No one wants a semisweet breakfast burrito. I also got a bloody Mary, which was fine. The servers were nice enough and we were happy to get out of the rain, but the food was...

As with certain things in life, size matters...at least when it comes to pizza. A slice of pizza from Big Ass Slices is worth every single bite! You can choose from a myriad of toppings and for the price, it's incredibly reasonable (a signature "Big Ass Slice" equals a quarter of an average size pizza or two average size slices—even the “Little Ass Slices, as pictured, are reasonably sized and priced). They also carry a small selection of fountain sodas and bottled beverages (mostly sodas) to complement your pizza, and they now offer tater tots and dough knots! There is only one table in the back of the shop and a small table with a stool up front by the window; however, in the right weather there is ample seating outside reserved solely for pizza eaters! Best pizza I've had in Old City and will definitely return when I have minimal time to sit down for a meal!

Have you ever been turned down by food ? No ? Well this place will do the job for you . I walked in the smell of the place was unappealing. All glasses greasy , the mozzarella 1 they taste frozen . Staff were ok , one guy was working while the girl with blonde hair decided to talk about dogs for 10mins then help the guy serve & close out checks . This was my first and last time there . The owner said he played the cameras back and seen me take a picture of another customer wine glass . But didnt see me purchased a glass a wine 🤔 ok . Soon as you enter the place it didn’t smell like pizza it was more rotten like . Thats my experience Idec lol I just won’t be back to spend my money I actually like the spot across the street better .

We went here on Saturday and it was great. We had the cheesesteak eggrolls. They were good, it’s literally 2 eggrolls cut in half. For the price I wish it was maybe 3 eggrolls. We got a slice of Hawaiian which was soooooo yummy my favorite pizza since they use bacon bits and not ham. My husband had a slice of buffalo chicken and we shared a personal size Julio which we took home and ate the next day. Reheat on this pizza is top tier. The crust and sauce and cheese are great. This is a thinner crust pizza which makes it crispy which I like. We’ve tried sooooo many pizza places and this one is definitely top 5 for us. We’ll definitely come back
