I placed an online order at 2:15 with a scheduled pickup time of 2:30. When I arrived at the restaurant, my food hadn’t even been started. I asked a team member when my order would be ready, and I was dismissively told they would "start working on it soon." I then had to wait an additional 30 minutes, only to finally receive cold food that was made incorrectly. The person preparing the order was excruciatingly slow, and the staff showed absolutely no concern or apology for the fact that I waited a total of 40 minutes for something I ordered in advance.
To make matters worse, the entire restaurant was a disaster. The trash was overflowing, the soda machine was broken but they were still selling soda cups as if it worked, and I noticed food sitting out for over an hour—completely unacceptable.
And as if this wasn't bad enough, it’s finals week for me, and I am already dealing with the most stressful week of the year. This experience wasted my time, ruined my day, and made an already terrible week even worse.

Read moreI had a really disappointing experience with my order today. I placed a simple order—just one bowl—yet it took an unusually long time to be prepared. On top of that, I specifically asked for brown rice due to health reasons, but they gave me white rice instead, which I can’t eat. I also ordered roasted corn, but they completely left it out. To make matters worse, the food was cold when I finally received it. I was not able to eat the white rice and literally wasted 12 dollars.
I went back to get the order corrected, only to find that they had closed earlier than their listed hours. Their posted closing time is 11 PM, but by 10:40, they were already shut down. The service was incredibly disappointing, and the lack of attention to detail made the entire experience frustrating.
I expected better, and I hope they take customer service and order accuracy...
Read moreEdit: Since posting the original review, I can say that improvements have been made. At least recently, the issues I listed below have been fixed and the only issue is sometimes you can tell that an order was put together a little too quickly which is understandable.
Overall hit or miss, unfortunately the latter happens fairly often. When it hits, it's like a normal good chipotle, but sometimes they miss hard. Had to refund multiple mobile orders because of just outright getting the order wrong. Additionally, this is the biggest thing, they don't mash their guac 90% of the time.
