I was with 2 of my friends and we went in for dinner. It had ac and fans which was nice and cool. We stood at the door for a while before we were seated. The waiter had an attitude. He took a long time before taking our order. We saw the staff eating, and I asked what the name of the dishes were they were eating. They were surprised that I was speaking to them. The lady said General tso's chicken and string beans. We told the waiter when he finally came to take our order, and we told him we wanted what the workers were eating. The plate of string beans, soup and rice were enough to feed 5-6 people. However the General tso's was a few pieces only enough to feed 1 adult, not 3 adults. The sides were good, but the General tso's was bad and not enough. It was not quality at all. We were finished, but the waiter never came with the bill. We went to the register to pay, and told him we wanted to pay and take home the sides. He had another waiter pack them up. While we were waiting for our take home items, our waiter came and inquired why he didn't get a tip. He didn't remember us at all. He started arguing about not getting a tip. The other server brought our leftovers, and he asked for a tip for bagging them up. We did not leave a tip for poor service, bad food, and little of it other than the sides. I would give this place a 0.

After coming here for almost 6 years I'm finally done. Do not give these people cash money because they don't gave you correct change back 💰 this is the second time now. My order was $23.50. I gave them $30 A $20 bill and a $10 bill. Kin gave me back a $1.50 back, instead of $6.50. I said sir this is wrong. You owe me $6.50, not $1.50. He then said NO!!!! You gave me $25.00. We begin to argue. And still nothing resolved. I even showed him the PNC withdraw slip of $30 I took out to pay for my food,.. if I could have only been able to reach Through the glass window to get my money back. I would. But I took my order and went home and said I would just do a review. This place has been different since the pandemic. And the Attitude towards black people is really unprofessional. There been stories in the passed about being short chang💰. But always knew something was wrong when you see signs that say please tip the waiter. Smh. Please do not give these people your business or cash money

HORRIBLE! Overpriced and less than mediocre food! I wish that I paid with a credit card so that I could dispute the charge. DO NOT EAT HERE! The food was flavorless! Usually White rice from Asian restaurants has flavor to it. This rice was boiled in unseasoned water. Very Bland! The Egg Foo Yung was bland, had a loose consistency and the packaging was horrible! Who would put Egg Foo Yung in a soup container?!? They clearly have no real cooks or professional restaurant management here! And last but not least; the customer service was horrible! No hello, goodbye, thank you, eye contact, or anything! They ask you for the last four digits of your phone number, tell you the price and hand you your food! They should be out of business! DO NOT EAT HERE!

Pre-covid I frequented this place 4-5 times a month for probably 10 years - so my friends and me we're all very familiar with the taste of the entire menu.. First visit post covid, its a take out only, so you get to stand on the corner outside while the city folk walk by an eye you up (fun!).. So basically what they've done is. Close their dine in, only do take out. Skimp big time on the take out portions, I had containers tonight that were only 2/3 full, there was 2" of container to the top on the HongKong WonTon soups. Previously their dine in, your dollar went a long way and you received a mountain of tasty food. There has clearly been budget oriented compromises, the meat wasn't quite as good/fresh, and the rice tasted 3 days old, was all stuck together like mashed potatoes

Ordered Steamed dumplings, still good- not the same as before, they gave 1/2 filled containers of the addictive ginger/garlic sauce which is still the same and tasty as ever. The dumplings are still good, wish they had the thinner noodle on them like before. The hong-kong wontons still tasty like before however they could have put another 1/3 into the container of broth which would have been nice. Had sizzling short rib, was fatty, meat was breaded in thick corn starch batter, was never this before, asked for broccoli in it, they put 3 pieces in and charged me $2 extra for it..

Lastly - covid is over, their idiotic signage laden with typos should come down, everything they're encouraging was pointless from 6' to masks its all be debunked, so stop living the lie to just over charge people because thats exactly what your doing. Virtue signaling is irritating and everyone's tired of it.

Wish I had better stuff to say, its like this place sold out and turned into your average K&A takeout.. If your gonna go here, go armed, its...

The food is the best thing they have going for themselves because their service is horrible! They are rude and incompetent of well service. I've eaten here plenty of times before and probably over looked the service because of the busy crowd but today there's no excuse. After eating at the establishment today, I can truly say I am extremely disgusted. Myself and my 7-year old daughter were served, without any "thank you's", "your welcome's" or smiles. I thought the lack of service could possibly be a race thing, so I listened out to the caucasian couple that was behind me. They too were serviced without manners. There was NO SERVICE WORTHY OF A TIP. So my mind was made that I would not be tipping in addition to paying for my meal. Nonetheless once my meal was paid for, I was asked by my server "No tip"? I said "Um hum" to dismiss the man. As myself and my daughter were preparing to leave the server approached my table again harassing myself and my 7-year old daughter and asked "No tip, no tip?" I replied "No" and began walking out. As I left I could hear the server speaking in another language, derogatory comments I'm sure. Now this "service" could be acceptable to late night goers or food-hungry insomniacs but NOT for an attentive mother and daughter on a Friday evening, 4:30pm tone exact. Tips are EARNED they are a COMPLIMENT OF SERVICE, not a component of the bill. That's what this establiment needs to realize and remember. Customers come out to spent my money as a choice, I can gladly eat...
