I attempted to order pizza, bread twists and a two liter of soda. I ordered these things at 8:13 pm on the app and was given a wait time of 43-53 minutes. The app said that the pizza came out of the oven and was being quality checked at 8:26 pm and that a driver was on the way at approximately 9 pm. At 10:10 pm I called the store because the app had altered me that my food had been delivered however, there was no knock or call and the food was not outside, The employee on the phone was very rude and said that the pizza was "around the corner" and that it was in traffic but there is very rarely traffic in my area and tonight was no exception. The employee also said that she could see the driver's exact location so I asked for that information so I could get a feel for how much longer this order would take in response she put me on hold and when she took me back off she said "you need to be patient it will still be hot when it gets there"and hung up on me. I called back to se if we had gotten disconnected or something like that and when I was back on the phone I asked to speak to the manager because the employee I had been talking to seem to be able to help she said that there was no manager and that there was no corporate number for me to call. The food was not in fact hot or even warm when it finally arrived at 10:30 pm. When it got here the driver wasn't wearing mask, the pizza and bread twists were cold and my two liter was warm. When I called the store back I asked to speak to a manager about the issues I have been having throughout this lengthy debacle the employee I spoke to earlier said that I could speak to the manager and then placed me on hold for 12 minutes and no one was talking to me so I hung up and called back giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they had forgotten about the call. When I called back they placed me on hold again then picked up the phone, didn't say anything and hung up on me again. When I called back the final time the manager (Vincent) answered exasperatedly and attempted to rush me off the phone when I tried to get the situation worked out. He said that they was only one driver. One! On a Saturday night in a major city! and that the true wait time was two hours. He offered me replacement food and when I asked if the food by arrive sooner than it had last time he said no and that it would take another two hours to get here.    Read moreThis is by far the WORST experience I have EVER had! If I could give this review a ZERO I would! I placed my order online at 6:37pm! When I called the store to locate my order at 7:45 they said my order had left the store and was on its way. The store is 5 minuets from my house! 45 minuets went by and my food still had not arrived! I then called the store AGAIN to locate my order! Again the clerk said my order had left the store. The clerk said that if my order was not at my house in 30 minuets they would remake my order since they were not giving card refunds. 30 minuets go by and my food never arrived! I called the store for the 3rd time to have them remake the order since that is what I was told by the clerk. When I called again I was told that the order was on its way. By this time it is 9pm! The manager by the name of âDejaneâ then gets on the phone yelling saying the cannot remake food that has been sent out already! When I try to explain to the so called manager that her clerk told me that my order could be remade and sent back out she became irate stating â sheâs not remaking nothing and that she wasnât giving me a refundâ! She pretty much was telling me that I was out of my food as well as MY money! She then gave the phone to the cook so he could handle in because â she said what she saidâ. The cook said he was able to give me a refund. Around 9:45pm the stores delivery driver was knocking on my door with Ice cold pizza. I have taken pictures of this so called hot delivery pizza, wings, and breadsticks that my store attempted to pass off! I never received a refund and the service was terrible!    Read moreI order through your website for curbside pickup. I placed my order around 5:46pm. I got the message that my order would be completed by 6:03 PM. I followed the instructions given on the website for my order. Turn on hazard lights. I arrived at 6:02pm. I checked in and it said someone would be out shortly with my order. I waited until 6:10 pm to call the store and ask why it is that my order has not been brought to my car. The girl on the phone told me we don't do curbside pickup. I asked her how they don't curbside but it's offered by dominos. I told her I did curbside because I did not want to come into the store. I wanted a contactless curbside. She told me her store does not offer curbside but she would bring it out to me. I was okay with that. I waited until 6:25pm . I got out of my car and went into the store. I did not want to do this. I got to the counter and she told me my order was still not done. I showed her the website stating my food would be done around 6:03pm. She told me that it was wrong but when I called the store at 6:10pm she told me they were only waiting for the chicken bbq bites and it would be right out. The girl in front of me made a new chicken bite thing and put it in. They gave it out to a delivery order and she had to do it again. Finally at 6:32pm when my food was ready for me the pizza was cold. I asked for her to make new ones. She told me it would be 45 mins for the new pizza. I was not waiting for this. I had a family at home that was hungry and needed to eat.
