My order was so late! I ordered this order at 7:21pm EST. I scheduled to arrive at 8:30pm online. It didn't arrive yet at 9:00pm, so at this point I called the dominoes, and I asked where it was. They said my pizza was in the oven right now, at 9pm, or that it just was now coming out of the oven (Later on this turned out to be a straight up lie). And I said, well I should get a discount because it's so late. And I told him ordered this online long ago, and I'm looking at the receipt right now... he seems to try to imply that I just ordered and not understand the online ordering system.
I get passed to the manager and I start telling him what happened and he rudely said "well I can't help you if I don't know your address" instead of being a normal human being.
Anyways, it is now 9:02 pm, and a guy came to my apartment with orders for 2 different people, and the ticket name was "D". The manager on the phone said that this was mine, so I go check the pizzas and there were two tickets, and my name was on there, but it also showed that they were straight up LYING for no reason, because there was no way the pizza that was "right out of the oven" and "we were waiting for drivers," suddenly appeared at my door in 2 minutes when the location is further away.
I ask again for some kind of coupon and then the manager and the guy on the phone then start arguing and swearing at each other as I'm on the phone and hang up on me.
Pizza was good though.

Read moreI, am long term customer of this Dominos has spent $1000's providing orders for the largest law firm, Morgan Lewis in Philadelphia. I ordered a $16 order by delivery with a $5 tip available. The delivery driver tacked his own $4 tip in addition to Domino's $2 delivery. The driver attempted to add his own tip in the grand total in the hopes he could inflate the price. He had one pizza in the heat retention bag but claimed it was an accident. Also, the order was missing the sides I ordered and the manager "Chris" refused to accomodate and demanded I pay $2 for their error. After a 3 year relationship deliver 100'sof pizzas to my law firm and contractors they hung up the phone 4 times. Letters will be written to corporate headquarters since civil litigation is foolish over a miniscule issue. The customer service was deplorable and my law firm will probably go through a different vendor due to their extremely rude conduct in addition to their rude customer service. Beware of this branch and never be told you need to pay for their errors especially after the fact the delivery driver had one pizza and tried to inflate the price in the hope that a young lawyer would not read the fine print. I like Dominos but the service was disrespectful and has lost a long term customer. Letters to the district VP...
Read moreOrdered for delivery by 1:15pm. Saw from the tracker that it was taken out of the oven at 12:54pm. Instead of it being delivered, it sat there until 1:27 (almost 15 min past del. time). But, according to the tracker, it would not be delivered for another 45 min. I called the store figuring this would be cleared up quickly since I've been ordering from this store for years and have never had this problem. The manager answered the phone and, when I calmly and politely explained the problem, said "Well, I don't know what you want me to do about that." So I reiterated the issue and asked how we can fix it. He responded by saying that he didn't know why I was talking like it was his problem. He kept yelling at me that this wasn't his problem. I finally lost my temper when he asked what I thought he could about it. I told him what he could do with my pizza. Maybe not the calmest on my part but I had been a lot calmer before he told me it was my own fault. (I guess it was and it was a mistake I will not make again). My pizza did finally show up around 2pm. It was, of course, stone cold.
