I really wanted to give this place 5 stars and I do want to return but the service was terrible. We arrived and they had no idea what I had pre-ordered and were not accommodating to a request to change our order - which could have been very simple. The communication between the staff was off - they couldn't assist us with an allergy request/information, they yelled at someone when they went to move one of the buckets, they delivered our food - but no napkins, plates or utensils for our group of 11- then they tried to double charge me when it was time to check out. Luckily I caught it and reviewed it and showed proof that I paid already upfront for 75% of the bill. I requested to speak to the manager - to which our server said he would send her over - and she never once came over to chat/check on us, etc. Even after I let them know that we weren't happy. I'm really disappointed because I'd love to go back here - it was fun otherwise but there are plenty of other games in Philly and places to go so really not sure...
Read more4.5 stars. Pretty cool vibe and the people are fun. Really enjoyed how they were playing 2000s music, just wish it was slightly less loud as the volume was definitely uncomfortable at times. Youâll need a reservation for the darts tables, and do note that there is a fee per person- even if you spend more than the cover charge on food/drinks, you still have to pay for each person to be at the table, which IMO is a bit shady but thatâs neither here nor there. Also, be aware that all the food is finger-food and the vibe revolves around darts and other hands-on activities⊠so definitely bring hand sanitizer (until management installs sanitizing stations at every table hint hint). Overall itâs a cool vibe and the food is pretty good (although the food alone doesnât justify a visit). This spot is especially for group/corporate events and itâs also good for social outings, a fun date, or a night for the 21+ members of...
Read moreSuch a fun place for groups, work events, or even date nights! The food is amazing (highly recommend the tuna poke tacos and the artichoke dip), and the dart games are super easy to pick up even if youâve never played before. The digital games keep it fun and different, and I love that they take photos and videos throughout your visit. After you leave, you get an email with all your pictures, videos, stats, and even game replays which makes it extra memorable.
The staff has always been so friendly and fun to work with, and the price is really reasonableâonly $15 a person to play, and food/drinks are what you make it. Every time Iâve gone, my group has ordered plenty of drinks and share plates and the bill was still very fair.
Highly recommend this spotâ10/10 if youâre looking for...
