We’ve been going for years so this spot has become like a staple for us. We started going back in like 2017/2018 i think maybe even before. I know we went to events hosted by @whatwedoevents a few times and we just kept going back. The staff, the food, the vibes you can never go wrong. I love the football specials. As with any restaurant/bar prices have gone up but still great value for what you get. My fave nights here are football and karaoke. You will be guaranteed a good time. It can get crowded but if you’re a normal person with common sense just give the servers some Grace. I’ve never had any issues with anything or any staff member. Our service has always been A1 but we also treat people with respect and have patience. Don’t go in there with no foolishness they don’t play that. Security on standby. It’s a wholesome place and i think they do a great job keeping up the place and offering different events and entertainment.

Large outdoor deck with plenty of seating. They have a different daily special through the week. Typical bar food: burgers, cheesesteaks, burgers, fries and wings. Two separate bars in two different rooms. Beer selection is a step above a corner pub. Trivia night is fun. Very good spot for watching football. It can get busy/packed on the weekends. Friday and Saturday night they have a private security guard and you can expected to get pat down for weapons. They also have darts. Plenty of parking except on weekends.

Different Cheesesteak #898. Guest Eater Jon O’Connell. This is a good bar cheesesteak. It comes with cooper sharp cheese. Very Cheesey Cheesesteak. Meat was easy to eat and covered in cheese. Guest Eater Jon pointed out that cooper sharper is a bit salty. This was better than, ā€˜I’m at the bar and need something to soak up the alcohol’ cheesesteak. Bonus cheesesteak spring roll video.

Last week I went to Franklins East Fallls in which I spend money in there at least twice a week and even have invited family in friends there for lunch. The reason for this feedback is not so much about the menu items, it's about management. In particularly a staff by the name of Kira, she was very rude and disrespectful in nature. Not only to me but to the business itself. As I mentioned I'm in there all the time during lunch. Every staff I have came into contact with have been very sweet and pleasant. So today, for example My Job and I went to celebrate my Director's future success and when ordering my food initially with Kira, it was all business. It wasn't until I had a long strain of hair in my food in which I wasn't even upset about because things happen. It wasn't until Kira lost her control, her professionalism, ect...... Now let me explain, I gave the food back and waited 20 more minutes before I even mentioned anything to Kira about how long a new order took. I even addressed her by name because as I stated I had a few conversations with her regarding service as well as speaking to the owner regarding her service. Anyway she lost control and told me that it's always something when I come in there once I gave her my food back with hair in it. All my employees saw it, but again remember I stated I bought business to the establishment numerous of times, in I'm in there at least twice a week, with no issues whatsoever with no other staff, just Kira, whom is the event planer. Well the heated discussions continued because one Kira, displayed herself in a very unprofessional manner, in if the cameras were rolling I would hope they view them because her body language will show the same thing. Also her tone was extremely loud and she continue to argue with me while handling other customers. My supervisor was telling me to leave and walk way and let her continue, but respect is demanded and due to an animal. But again, I have never had any issues in 2 years going there. I have only had a issue with how Kira conducts herself towards me and how to talks to a customer. Kira is not only unpleasant to me but I have heard other people complain about her. My place of employment comes there because of how I describe the good etc..... Kira continues to mentioned other things like other food items that had nothing to do with my current order that of course I never received as my other coworkers had no hair in their food as my other coworkers enjoyed their meal. I was the only one in the place of business who food had hair in it and now was told I couldn't return. So now I am going to expose her behavior and none of my family or friends will step foot in Franklin's Pub & Grill EVER!!!!! I hope she finds God and learn how to talk to people and provide better customer service. I will also report this business to L&I...

Came here with a group of 7. It has a crowd and seems like a popular spot. It was karoke night. The drinks taste pretty watered down compared to other establishments. The boneless chicken tasted like typical frozen food that was deep fried and dry. We were first in our group to order and arrive, had a separate tab, and literally last to receive our food. The bill was for two people, yet they automatically added 20% gratuity when it clearly states that parties of 4 will have automatic gratuity. We were a party of 2. There were also 3 other people not with us that we all shared the table with. I wonder if their bill also had it added. I guess they do what they want here. I didn't make a fuss because I was just ready to get the heck out. Would I return? Probably on another random night if I was desperate and absolutely had no other options, but I wouldn't make actual plans to go here. Truthfully, there are so many better options that I know I wouldn't come back. To be honest, the only reason I chose to rate this place is because there is a HUGE gap between the entrance door and floor when you step inside. Like the floor from the patio to enter the bar has foundation problems. It looks like it's a 3-4" clear space/gap between the door and floor to step inside the bar. You could actually see down. I guess it's not as bad if you have a long/wide stride or not wearing heels. The floor leading up to the door is also actually not sturdy. Having heels on made it uncomfortable and scary. It doesn't even appear that the owners care to do anything about correcting the problem. I would hate to see someone injure themselves. I was told by security as I walked out and made a comment I was leaving. There was a sign above that said, "Watch your step." It should also read, "Warning... structure and foundation issues, watch your step. Hold all valuables like keys and cell phone tight because if they fall, you won't see them again." LOL The said sign definitely wasn't eye level for me, and I definitely didn't see it leaving out. Security making it seem like it was a "me" problem was not the way to handle this. Thankfully, the person I was with told me to be careful when we arrived. Leaving out, I completely forgot. Saying something to security when I left out was clearly not of their concern. I would love to see the necessary repairs done. Especially because they have patrons that seem to enjoy this place and they deserve a safe place. *I guess this is why their drinks are watered down. 🫣 If you have the slightest buzz or a few too many, it's a chance you're gonna hurt yourselves. Franklin...Do better. At least for those customers that support your...

Service was mediocre. The establishment was not busy, there were 4 tables in the entire restaurant with patrons and a few people seated at the bar. Our waitress took our order without writing it down only to return and ask what we ordered. We ordered hummus and mac n cheese under the ā€˜starters’ on the menu. 20mins lapsed when I got her attention and asked how much longer the hummus would take and she replied, they just old me they’re out. Okay…. And when we inquired about the mac n cheese, we were informed that she thought we wanted the ā€˜starter’ with our meal. Now, this isn’t the first time I’ve dined out but when you order food under ā€˜starters on the menu, it’s usually an appetizer that you have while waiting for your entree to arrive. We mentioned this to our waitress and she said, you didn’t say you wanted it before your meal. The meal finally arrived 45 mins later with the Mac n cheese which had a burnt taste. Our sandwiches were delivered in a styrofoam container with my friend’s sides in my container and mine in hers. We figured it was time to speak with the manager to express our concern with the mediocre service who informed us they are short staffed and inquired if the sides in our styrofoam container was a ā€˜dealbreaker’ (my interpretation: is it a big deal, just switch it on your own??) Our water glasses were never refilled, we were unable to purchase an additional cocktail because our waitress never came back to the table to see if we needed anything. We could have easily spent more money but clearly they didn’t need our money and we were disinterested. We paid our bill and yes still left a 15% tip (usually 20-22%) despite the inadequate service. I would not recommend...
